Easy assembly and installation.
Very easy to assemble and install. I used this product to replace an old set of Bilco metal stringers which were thoroughly rusted through in my basement bulkhead area. So far, this product seems to be very sturdy and durable. I’m hoping they last as long as the ones they replace which was over thirty years.

Great way to make a couple stairs
Easy install, except the fact you have to go from the bottom, makes it difficult to get tools under there. What I found easy was using a flex head ratcheting wrench, then finishing it off with a 1/4 regular ratchet. The small self tapping screws they give you are crappy. They barely hold the stairs in place. Again, I just went to Ace and get bigger self tapping screws, works great. Other than that, the deadbolts for mounting the stringer works great, the stringer works great, looks great, and they feel like industrial metal.

Works perfect for sheds and will hold up much better than wood stringers.
We bought 2 sets of these due to the width of the door on our shed. They arrived quickly, in new condition, and with all of proper hardware needed for the installation. We did have to trim about 4" inches off of the tongue due to the height from the ground to the mounting location, but we knew that would be the case when we bought them. They are very sturdy and the mounting hardware worked perfect for the install. The size and fit are exactly what we needed and the price was very good.

Perfect for the job . Liked by many. My wife was well pleased with the stairs.

I used 8 of these on a 16 foot wide step. Says they will support 2,000lbs between risers. The metal risers provide a great finished appearance and compliment any other black hardware on the deck as well as the furniture. Quality of fabrication is excellent with full seam welds. Recommend to anyone as far superior to wood risers. I used lag bolts. Included hardware not for wood.
