These are delicious and satisfy my sweet tooth and keep my glucose level and at an even mark. I cut mine up in small slices and the halve each slice. It last longer. As a T2D, the slower you eat the more even your glucose level stays. I'm sure you will love thee as much as I do! Only 2 carbs per bar!!!!

I’ve been on keto for about 4 months now and to find a keto friendly sweet treat that doesn’t have absolutely gross after taste is almost impossible. This is the first treat I found to be the closest to a candy bar and almost 1:1 to a Mounds. It is extremely sweet however it will definitely hit that crave you may have, one bar is abit too much for me so 1/3 or 1/2 hits the spot. Great job Atkins team for keeping it within macros and making it tasty!

I use these as a nibble before taking my night time meds. I need to take diabetes meds as well as a few others before bed and if I don't eat something first I'm sick most of the night! I've found a half a bar usually is sufficient for my needs ,I eat it about 20 min to 1/2 hour before my meds and I'm usually fine. Being diabetic makes finding appropriate (for my needs ) nibbles difficult at times,I don't always want to eat a hard boiled egg before bed ,so these Atkins bars are a very nice change for when I just need to eat a little something so I can take my meds. These coconut ones are my favorite and eating only half of one at a time makes them slightly more affordable. I did have to explain to my family these are NOT household snacks but actually part of my dietary regime. ( I bake for them routinely so they aren't being deprived ha ha ). So I would recommend these if someone finds themselves needing a quick simple nibble and would like something more interesting than cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs as a treat !

Tastes good and the price is reasonable for the amount that you get. Low sugar content.

These bars are ridiculously delicious just like they say! You are probably going to find yourself reading the label again bc you won’t believe anything this good could be this low in sugar and calories. They’re just that good!
