Great backup bait in cases where nothing else seems to work. Ice jig and one or two of these will entice panfish most of the time.

Fish love these. I've outfished natural live bait with this. In fact, I've been using these instead of live bait for over ten years, both open water and ice fishing. I've used it on panfish, lake trout and splake. The pink seems to work a little better compared toto the white version. They are very tough, and I usually can catch multiple fish on the same piece of bait. They will last for years in the jar, a big advantage vs live bait.

My son uses these to catch goldfish in the neighborhood pond. He is 8 and can use them easily himself.

There are a ton in the jar and they stay on the hook pretty well, but they are certainly not a replacement for the real deal. In a pinch they'll do but I wouldn't choose this over live bait.

Tried using this on panfish at the pond, did not get too many takes. Panfish do not keep the bait in their mouths long enough for me to set the hook. Maybe the panfish here in GA are used to eating bread...

Work really well for creek fishing

If you like catching fish these are a go to. Compared next to the real thing you can't tell the difference in catch rate. They are soft and fish will tear them up, they last longer than real wax worms.

Catch tons of pan fish and the bait stays on the hook for continued use.
