Since feeding this my dogs have brilliant coats and they love the food.

Our French Bulldog had tummy issues and the vet reluctantly recommended this. Reluctantly due to price only, because it did wonderful for Teddy. Because Teddy is a picky eater, and he loves it.

My dog is a very picky eater, but she absolutely loves this food! Since switching to Royal Canin, I’ve noticed her coat looks shinier and healthier, and her stool has a much better texture and consistency. It’s clearly made for French Bulldogs — easy to chew, gentle on her stomach, and she finishes every bowl. Definitely worth it for picky eaters.

Had to make this review in hopes this will save someone else heart ache Yea my frenchie started eating this but had someone watching him while went away for a few days. I was called because my frenchie was scratching his ears and paws. I was told this recipe contained chicken products. Turned out my dog seemed to be allergic. Called vet for a visit and dog watcher put coconut oil to relieve symptoms and gave him rice. I ordered beef of another dog food beef recipe and had it delivered. I saw my dog through video call and he was still itching. Chicken allergies are common in dogs especially frenchies. Irresponsible for dog food company to make food with this common allergy to be in first list of ingredients Very angry that my dog had to suffer.

Okay, real talk: if you have a French Bulldog, you already know about the gas. Like… weapons-grade, room-clearing, “did something die in here?” gas. My boy Blue could silently end friendships in under 3 seconds. We tried everything: pumpkin, probiotics, yogurt, switching proteins… nothing worked. I was literally googling “how to live with a toxic dog” at 2am. Then we switched to this Royal Canin French Bulldog food. Week 1: still bad Week 2: noticeably less horrific Week 3: I sat on the couch with him ON MY LAP and didn’t die. It’s been two months now and the difference is actually insane. He still farts (he’s a Frenchie, it’s his love language), but it’s like… normal dog farts? Not “oh my god who opened the sewer” farts. His poops went from soft disasters to perfect little tootsie rolls too. He inhales this food like it’s filet mignon, zero tummy issues during the switch. Yeah it’s expensive, but I’d pay double to not have to apologize to house guests anymore. 10/10, my nose thanks you Royal Canin. (If this review saves even one person from smelling their dog’s biological warfare, I’ve done my job 😂)

Puppy seems to like it. No digestive issues after eating it. It is more expensive than most tho.
