It is the second pair I ever bought Tamood insoles for my flat feet. These insoles absolutely bring me what I want. They hold up well and give my flat feet proper support so that I am pain free now. They are much firmer and last much longer than other insoles. I think this brand will accompany me forever if their design and quality do not change worseย Some advices to others who want to use these inserts:1.ย ย ย ย ย ย These insoles are thicker than normal, make sure to use them in shoes which leave you some more space such as work boot hiking boot and sneaker2.ย ย ย ย ย ย They can be cut to fit although this seller provides many sizes. Just in case, you can buy one size bigger than your size and them cut to fit3.ย ย ย ย ย ย Maybe you need 3-4 days to get used to them

They seem to do the job.
I bought two pairs to go in my casual/daily shoes. They are comfortable and seem to support my feet. No problems. I did trim one pair to fit. I wish they had lines on bottom to assist in the trimming. I have not worn the shoes enough to predict how long the inserts will last.Update: I bought a third pair. The first two pair still look great after a few months. I am very happy with them. I now keep one set in not hikers. One set in house shoes. One set in daily wear shoes.
