can you record from the tape?

Yes, you can play your favorite cassettes and record them to a USB/FlashDrive. Note, if you want to have separate tracks, you will need to press record before and after each song; otherwise you will just have 1 long track that includes all songs on one side of the tape. Hopefully that answers your question! You can do the same to record to flashdrive from the radio or vinyl record. I have not tried recording from bluetooth or AUX to a flashdrive, but I imagine the process would be about the same.

How to switch the function of the record player?

For stitching, just press a button and it will move to each function accordingly. It displays the function for you, and you can then use whatever function you have chosen. The sound is also easily operated for any function you are on. Just a few minutes and you will be a pro on the whole system.

How to use bluetooth to play?

Select the bluetooth mode, turn on the bluetooth to play.

Is there a turntable which will record each track on it's own automatically and not just make one long recording?

No, if you want individual tracks, you will need to hit the stop/record button -real fast- at the end of each track. Its easy to do, however you must be listening to the music and act immediately each time. It's easy to do, but a bit of a pain. This is a really excellent item. I have recorded 45's, LP's & cassettes to MP3. What you hear from the original is what you will get on the recording. It also allows to record off AM/FM and other features that I do not use.
