VERY excited to have this! I've been battling knee pain in the inside / left knee for years! Tired of getting cortisone shots every 3 months - they don't even seem to be working well. Started researching holistic ways to help with the knee pain - which by the way is ONLY at night! When I'm active - no pain! Just wakes me up at night. Soooo happened upon this little GEM and POOF! I can actually get some sleep at night! It's super light weight and small. You could tuck it under a coffee table, couch, bed, etc. without any issues. The suction cups keep it in place (IMPORTANT!) Not sure how it works on carpet because we don't have any here in the house. It has a remote and comes with some bands to do exercises such as squats, lunges, and leg lifts and when you stretch. I use it when I'm watching TV or working and the noise isn't really bothersome at all. I use this in conjunction with my red light therapy and it really has made a WORLD of difference! I can feel the difference where my muscles are engaged while using and I can feel how it will improve my muscle tone as well as balance and stability. Vibration boards also can promote blood flow, circulation, which will help in recovery after workouts or when my knee is just sore. SUPER convenient! Highly recommend!

For so long I have been overweight and trying different things to help me lose weight. I did my research and although the price was a little high, I decided to purchase the vibration plate. I started using it immediately, a few times a day for 10 minute sessions. I ate as normal. After 10 days, yes 10 days I didn't drop weight but what I did notice was my cottage cheese legs were gone and my skin was smooth. I noticed in the areas of my body where my fat was stored there were no longer lumpy fat deposits and I even began to develop tone I'm my legs. Even my husband commented on how smooth my legs looked and felt. After 14 days I did began to lose a couple pounds. I am 17 days in and I am overjoyed by the results I'm seeing. So for anyone who is struggling to buy this machine, I say do it. If you can not afford to do so wait for it to go one sale or save up for it. It is completely worth it. I have recommended this machine to all my family and friends. 3 of them have already purchased it. The way it works is as we gain weight the fat cells begin to get larger and larger. The vibration plate breaks down those fat cells so you body can more easily dispose of them. The machine is nice and sturdy and has various settings. The LED screen is easy to read. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. I never write product reviews but this machine works so well everyone should own one. If I could afford it I would give all my family members one for Christmas, yes it is that good. Don't believe me then go do your own research. I am in love and grateful I got it. I don't know how it will hold up over time but I sure will let you know if I have any issues in the future.

First off, I don’t understand many of the reviews claiming this machine is hard to use or that it shuts off after 10 minutes. The instructions clearly state that the machine is not meant to be used for more than 10 minutes at a time, which is exactly why it automatically turns off. If you read the instructions or even do a little research on the machine, it explains the reasoning behind this feature. I’ve also seen complaints about the nubs being too hard, but they’re actually designed that way. They target the pressure points on the bottom of your feet, which is part of how the machine works. Overall, this machine works really well. It’s very quiet, easy to use, and I’ve personally noticed a big improvement in my legs, especially with cellulite, and even my balance has improved since using it.

This is doing as I hoped - it truly helps with lymphatic drainage which has shown an increase in fat loss and overall feeling better internally physically. It does attract dust and fuzz very easily, so keep it covered when not in use. The faceplate cover wasn’t completely attached when removed from packaging, but I wasn’t about to return/exchange for something a little super/clear glue could deal with. Unable to pause a workout, so if that needs to be done, the machine will need to be restarted. It is a bit loud and will cause the entire room to vibrate along with it. Despite those cons, the pros far outweigh them. I was dealing with some lipodema which has significantly decreased. At the time of this review, I’ve had the plate for around 3-4 weeks and use the plate 1-2x/day for 10-20 minutes on level 4 (yoga) and generally increase the frequency to about 1.5x what it begins at. I’ve been averaging about 1#/week of fat loss using the machine couple with a healthy clean eating lifestyle along with 60-90 minutes/day of HIIT/weight training. Definitely recommend this purchase.

It's quite! Not loud, and steady & intense shaking. I'm pleased !

4 days in and my lymph node’s are draining and smaller. My body feels different. I started twice a day 10 minutes in the morning, and 20 in the evening.. Hey day four & I’m a little bit sore even. You can feel it through your whole body right up to your teeth. I hope to start some leg strengthening while I’m here with bands and a few things. This is a dealbreaker for inflammation. It’s is awesome so far.
