Why on the label of my honey there is information about: no glucose, no pesticides, no gmo, no additives! are blurred with a marker?

Hello, By European law of the food labelling, any other information exept the product properties is prohibited to be written on the labels - 100%, natural, pure, gmo, preservatives, pasteurized, clean, premium, etc. We had a claim from a rival company from Italy exactly because of this information we put. The rule is that we have to write on the label only information which is containing in the product, but not what is free from. This regualtion is only about the honey. We can only whrite only organic honey, whitout any other properties or extra inforamtion.

Is this honey filtered?

I do not think so - but you would need to contact the suppliers to know for sure

What is safe storage time of this honey?

Actually, real honey theoretically could last forever. Maximum time which i keep honey was about 4 years (not this one). So in conclusion ,if something happen with honey during any storage time ,thats mean its not a real honey .
