how long does the duracell aaa batteries fully charged with my eastshine s2 charger?

I am not sure what you are asking. How long does it take to fully charge the batteries? I am not sure but the device tells you when they are fully charged, so I have never paid attention to how long it takes. You might be asking how long does the charge last, again, I don't know. As a general rule of thumb rechargeable batteries do not last as long as store bought regular batteries, but who cares, when they are getting low put them back in the charger. I always have a backup set fully charged, and simply replace the used ones and then charge them.
