He was a little confused about it on the first try but as soon as he saw it in action he was hooked. Really sturdy unit which is quite big but light. Easy functions and comes with a remote. It can be used plugged in or you can charge it up to take outside. The sound is not too loud like others on the market (from researching) and as soon as my dog hears the high pitch noise just before the ball is spat out, he gets super excited. It comes with 2 normal sized tennis balls, a rope ball and a sponge ball. All work perfectly through it. The range is good (pretty powerful actually). We have used it inside as well. I’ve put it away and my dog keeps hovering around it as he doesn’t want to stop! A definite recommend for any ball obsessed dog

Expensive - yes. Best dog investment ever - yes! Well worth the money as my 2 year old cockapoo absolutely loses himself over it. He was a little confused about it on the first try but as soon as he saw it in action he was hooked. Really sturdy unit which is quite big but light. Easy functions and comes with a remote. It can be used plugged in or you can charge it up to take outside. The sound is not too loud like others on the market (from researching) and as soon as my dog hears the high pitch noise just before the ball is spat out, he gets super excited. It comes with 2 normal sized tennis balls, a rope ball and a sponge ball. All work perfectly through it. The range is good (pretty powerful actually). We have used it inside as well. I will be keeping this but I am very disappointed in the quality considering the price! It feels cheap and the balls are useless. My dog had broken 1 in minutes. The good thing is you can use proper tennis balls. I won't be buying the Idogmate ones as recommended. Wouldn't buy again at that price.
