This landmark compilation has introduced generations of fans to the incredible history of the most storied band in music. For its 50th anniversary, the collection has been expanded with 9 additional tracks, including "Blackbird," "Glass Onion" and the new song "Now and Then." The last Beatles song "Now and Then" completes John Lennon's 1970s vocal and piano demo recording with parts played by Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, as well as a new arrangement for strings. The 2CD collection now features 37 tracks, 6 of which have new mixes for 2023. The booklet contains new sleeve notes by journalist and author John Harris. For current fans and future generations alike, the new 1966-1970 collection is a joyous celebration of The Beatles' timeless musical legacy. Digipak 2CD set with booklet. Review: The Remixed Blue Album Rocks - While I own all of the box sets from Sgt. Pepper's on, the new version of the Blue album (which includes 9 news songs added to this collection) is spot on. The new remixes (2023 one's) really boost the bass and bring the drums out, which were usually buried in the original mixes. Revolution shines, while I Am The Walrus sparkles and confuses you with its nonsense words (heard as clear as they ever have) and puzzles you at the end when the dubbed in radio shows are mixed louder than in the original. An unfortunate part of the new process that might bug fans of the original. The addition of Hey Bulldog is welcomed and an all out rocker that is more of less a deep track that needs to brought out into the open. The original collection of songs all have crisp, clean mixes that brighten up the vocals and bring out the instrumentation. If you need an introduction into the Late Period Beatles, this is it. Review: Awesome - Great deal from a great brand new product, packaged well and in excellent condition in the original box. Brand new and looked great ,as described and shipping cost was reasonably low & immediately shipped. You won't find a better value for your money anywhere else. This product is top quality & cool looking and will exceed all of your expectations. Don't miss out on this amazing offer! Get yours today before it's too late.

Beatles fan starter kit
I've never been a huge fan of The Beatles, but I have enjoyed many of the individual members' solo works. I had the Beatles' "1" album which was a decent compilation but the sound quality wasn't too much better than the original releases and it's hard for me to really give music a shot when it sounds so dated. This new 2023 edition of the "Blue" anthology album is the most comprehensive compilation of those years and the best they've ever sounded. A friend of mine on social media is the biggest fan of The Beatles I've ever seen anywhere and he encouraged me to grab these new editions of the Red and Blue anthology albums and I was absolutely stunned at how fresh and vibrant this music sounds. I have listened to this several times and my appreciation for the Beatles has skyrocketed, and I'm confident it will do the same for anyone who purchases it. The new song "Now and Then" began as a solo song by John Lennon and was given to Paul and Ringo by Yoko Ono and has been reworked into a Beatles song (known to be the final "new" song from the band) and I think it's an excellent addition to this fantastic collection.

I picked this up once before
Giles Martin had a hand in this. I really think his versions are high quality productions.

If you love vinyl, BUY The Beatles Red & Blue!
Short and to the point review: Buy it, it’s The Beatles. Wonderful vinyl sound. Long and meandering review: I bought the Beatles Red/Blue Vinyl on pre-order Nov 10, 2023. I have an audiophile vinyl setup for listening and recording in 192Khz/32-bit float. After having recorded The Beatles Masters from 1988 last year, I’m impressed with the lower groove noise on these new mixes/pressing. I can’t hear too much difference with the earlier pre 1964 remixes but when “Day Tripper” came on, I could definitely hear a ‘larger’ sound. FYI: every song on the Blue and Red Vinyl has been remixed from the original recordings. The engineers in England and Germany did a wonderful job on the remix, pressing and packaging. Magical Mystery Tour. There is a guitar playing I have never heard before. Blew me away. This was the first Beatles album I had in 1967 from my brother. I listened to this 1967 pressing, the Master recordings from 1988 and the digital copy I have. No guitar. This remix is wonderful! I have listened to all 12 sides multiple times and love em all. Especially the Blue album Side 3. Has a lot of rockers on it and the end of Blue Side 2 has ‘Revolution’, an all-out a** kicker! I also like that all the singles that were not on the Beatles Masters are here. Surprisingly, I even like some of the cuts I didn’t care much for in the past like “Old Brown Shoe.” Probably the crappy mix and pressing back in 1970. Since stereo records and FM stereo transmission are the same 50Hz – 15KHz, the gear I selected to listen and record the vinyl matches those frequencies perfectly. Don’t confuse frequency response to harmonics that are generated at the time of recording/playing. Vinyl has that ability that early digital systems lacked. That’s why early digital mixes sounded rather cold. With the higher frequency sampling and bit rate that is available now for recording vinyl or live, I’m not sure there is a difference anymore. I remixed to 44KHz/24-bit for my phone and it sounds great also. This probably is where most people will use their turntables digital to computer interfaces. Streams great to my blue-tooth speaker and my car stereo. Unsure if any of us can tell the difference at this high of a sampling rate. I finally have a system that I can properly digitally record vinyl on, and the digital playback from the Zoom UAC-232 at 192/32 sounds indistinguishable from the vinyl recording. I started with digital at the turn of the century and am finally there. I have always recorded my vinyl on the first play starting with reel-to-reel, cassettes and then digital. I’m probably preaching to the choir here but perhaps I gave some new ideas to try out. Hope you enjoy these records as much as I have. An Amazing Collection of the Best Music in History
The Blue Album was released in 1972 over the strenuous protest of all former members of The Beatles. It was to stay on the number one spot of Billboard for six weeks. The album continues to have good sales five decades after its release. This CD which covers The Beatles from 1967 until 1970 contains some of the best music in the history of the recording industry. The 2023 release contains several songs that were popular but never released as singles as well as their most recent release. If you have a complete collection of their albums from this period, you probably don’t need this CD. However, since the price is reasonable it is highly recommended as an excellent addition to your collection. The songs blend together well on the CD.

Algumas surpresas como as entradas limpas de Dear Prudence e A Day In the Life (apesar de esta última ja anteriormente disponível no compacto da Capitol de 1978 Sgt peppers/ With a Little help/A day In the Life). Old Brown Shoe também prefiro a anterior. Disco adicional poderia ter tido escolhas melhores no lugar, por exemplo, de I Me Mine, Within You Without You. Havia opçoes no Album Branco ( sexy Sadie, I Am so Tired, Happiness is a Warm Gun) , no Abbey Road ( Sun King, Because) e no próprio Let It be (Two Of Us), mas aparentemente tiveram que incluir mais algumas do George por alguma questão interna .
