A beast with durability, and super bright!
I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with this flashlight. I have had 2 other Olights before this. The last one being the old model Seeker 3 (also amazing). I would like to highlight some differences and why this flashlight is a overall better choice for many situations. I work in EMS. For almost 4 years now I have worked in small space, tight environment row home type environment. The Seeker 3 was perfect for that because of how the lumens dispersed with its flood. Great overall coverage in a small space. Turning pitch black into bright as day. Now with this model Warrior X 4, it not only is bright but has amazing throw with its beam. So not only do you get the brightness for indoor environments, but the reach you need in outdoor settings. The beam has an obvious Centerpoint as well as outward beam. It functions well and the tail switch does take some getting used to but after awhile it's easy to use. I will be honest, at first I did not like this light. I like the simplicity of other models. However, after really giving this a try this has hands down become my new favorite flashlight. It charges with both tail cap and USB C. The tail switch is durable but needs practice. The top part roates open to expose the USB C port which is excellent for keeping moisture and dirt out. It works well and stays charged long enough. The holster it comes with isn't bad. There is an after market holster I got that accepts this type of flashlight. Especially with the bevel being as wide as this one. Overall this is an excellent piece and the price point is more than fair. I would definitely highly recommend this!!!

Rugged, Reliable, and Blindingly Bright — The Best Tactical Light I’ve Ever Used
I’ve been using the OLIGHT Warrior X 4 for nearly a year now as part of my daily gear as a police officer, and I can say without hesitation that it’s the most dependable tactical flashlight I’ve owned. OLIGHT has always impressed me with their build quality and thoughtful design, and this model takes it to another level when it comes to real-world performance under pressure. ⸻ Blinding Brightness and Impressive Throw At 2,600 lumens with a 630-meter throw, this light is a beast. Whether I’m clearing a dark alley, checking a field perimeter, or just illuminating a suspicious vehicle, the Warrior X 4 has more than enough power to overwhelm darkness and take control of the scene. The hot spot is tight and powerful, with just enough spill to give good peripheral awareness. It’s also tactically smart—the pressure-sensitive tail switch is incredibly responsive, allowing for both momentary and constant-on operation with a single button. When seconds matter, that kind of control is exactly what I need. ⸻ Built Like a Tank This flashlight is seriously durable. I’ve dropped it on asphalt, used it in heavy rain, and even had it knock around inside my duty bag—it hasn’t shown a single hiccup. The anodized aluminum body has a reassuring weight without being cumbersome, and the aggressive strike bezel adds a layer of confidence if it ever has to be used defensively. It’s IPX8-rated and impact-resistant, and I’ve tested both of those claims the hard way. This thing can take abuse and keep going. ⸻ Battery Life and Charging Battery performance is excellent for how powerful the light is. Even with regular use on high and turbo modes, I only charge it once every few days. The USB-C magnetic charging cable makes topping it off easy and fast, whether I’m in the car or back at the station. There’s also a vibration low-battery indicator built in—a smart touch that helps avoid surprises during critical moments. ⸻ Duty Use and Carry The holster it comes with is solid and secure, and the flashlight draws smoothly. The light fits well in my hand with gloves or bare hands, and the tailcap design makes it easy to locate and operate without needing to look. It’s made for real-world use, and it shows. ⸻ Pros: • 2,600 lumens with an impressive 630m throw • Pressure-sensitive tail switch is fast and intuitive • Incredibly durable and water-resistant (IPX8) • Vibration battery indicator is a practical and unique feature • USB-C magnetic charging is quick and convenient • Strike bezel and ergonomic grip perfect for duty use • Trusted tool after a year of daily carry and field use Cons: • No side switch for mode cycling—tailcap only (though that’s preferred for tactical use) • A bit large for casual carry, but perfect for duty gear ⸻ Final Thoughts The OLIGHT Warrior X 4 isn’t just a flashlight—it’s a tool I rely on every single day at work. It’s powerful, smartly designed, and built to handle real tactical environments. After a year of use in demanding law enforcement conditions, I can say with confidence that it performs exactly how I need it to—every time. If you need a serious, dependable flashlight for duty, security work, or just want something that won’t fail you in the dark, this is the one to get. OLIGHT nailed it with this one.

Good!!!
Great flashlight! Super bright and sturdy Really happy with this flashlight. It’s small but crazy bright — lights up my whole yard no problem. Feels solid in the hand, not cheap at all. I like that it’s rechargeable, so I don’t have to mess with batteries. I’ve dropped it a few times already and it still works perfectly. Definitely worth it if you need a reliable light for the house, car, or camping.

Love the light, hate the switch
This thing would be an easy 5 star winner if not for the tail switch. I've used this light every night for a couple months now and still can't consistently get it to stay on with the first attempt. It really throws a beam when fully charged, and we really like the bright center beam and less bright outer cone - it's exactly what we wanted. I like that it doesn't have a zoom adjustment. It's compact, rugged and lightweight for the amount of light it puts out. That said, the switch is downright maddening trying to press it just right to turn on permanently and not be momentary with the light turning off as soon as you release the button. There's a trick to it for sure, but we just haven't figured it out yet. Battery life on high mode is OK, not bad, not great, but the little color led which shows you approximately how much life you have left is perfect, so we're never surprised that it's time for a recharge.
