Innosol Mesa 160-SAD Light Box SAD LightBox for SAD Light Therapy

Did not use this until the winter months arrived. Now in regular use. Very bright light emanating. Does it cheer me up ? On the same scale as chocolate - so it must be working !!

I received it only a few days ago but so far it has been great. The light is really bright but comfortable (I am light sensitive and was worried it might be unbearable and it is not). It feels like a bright sunny day which is the idea. I definitely think it will help the whole family to go through the winter better. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is that, for the price, I was expecting it to be more beautiful. The picture with the elegant glass table suggests it is going to be glass but the light cover is some kind of sturdy plastic and the back is metallic. It looks bulky. So very powerful and efficient but not elegant.

Me and my wife use this SAD light for about 20min every morning with great results! Are now locking forward to the "season of darkness" ;)
