Once opened and removed from the sealed package, the bag fluffed up 3/4 of the way. I threw it on the ground a few times per another reviews suggestion like a bag of ice. This got it 90% fluffed, over the night it has filled out more. My 5 year old loves it and has been arguing with my 9 year old all night over who gets to sit in it. They can both fit, all be it snug. I’m 5’i and 175 pounds…I can sit on it but mashes down after a few minutes, still comfortable, but in order to get it fluffed back I need to roll it and do the ice bag method again. I’m disappointed it doesn’t have a removable cover like described. It has a hidden zipper that opens to a pocket big enough to fit an Xbox controller and maybe a tv remove but there is no way to remove the cover at all. I would give this 5 stars if so.
