Great for after mastectony or breast augmentation. The little elastic areas/cutouts make all the difference. It is tight to give the breasts support and compression, but those little elastic areas on the bottom band enable you to expand your lower chest and breathe. Unlike the ones that have the front Velcro, this one has a nice hook and eye which launders well and doesn't have the bulk under clothing like the cheap Velcro ones do. Spend the 25 bucks!
