JLab Go upgraded to JLab Go 2
I had purchased the JLab Go Work Gen 1, and I loved and overall, it was a good headset. After I dropped my mic and it broke, I wanted to get a replacement. I like the USB-C cable for charging and for connecting directly to the PC. Audio is clear, the dongle is a little wide, but I am using a USB-C to A adapter, so it doesn't get in the way. I like the option to use Bluetooth, with a dongle (gen 1 did not have) and a wired connection. The USB-C cable is about a foot longer than the JLab Go gen 1 (4 ft usb-c to 3.5mm). Have not compared battery life yet.

Wireless headphones that are worth it.
These wireless headphones are absolutely perfect. So easy to pair and get set up and the audio clarity/quality is superb and also the noise cancellation is phenomenal works great. For the price they are perfect and the comfort is amazing as well. Easy to adjust and use. If you’re in the fence about purchasing I highly suggest getting these. They work great for zoom meetings and even work well with my iPhone as well. These are just as good as the high priced ones for a fraction of the cost.

Don’t buy this headset
It says it’s Bluetooth compatible, but it really isn’t. I bought it to work with my laptop and my windows operating system but it doesn’t connect and the cord it comes with that connects to the PC in this case when connected the headset fades in and fades out it’s just not quality material. I do not recommend buying this headset unless you’re getting it for your cell phone. I didn’t even try it online because that’s not what I wanted, but maybe it’ll work there I don’t know. The packaging was not real exciting. It doesn’t come with its own case. I think I really wasted my money.

Great Work Headset with Long Battery & Solid Features
The JLab Go Work Gen 2 Wireless Headset is a solid choice for work and everyday use. The comfort level is great, even for long calls, and the 55+ hour battery life means I rarely worry about charging. I like the multipoint connectivity — switching between my laptop and phone is seamless — and the option to use either Bluetooth or the USB dongle adds flexibility. The boom mic works well for meetings, and the mute indicator is a helpful touch. That said, the sound quality for music is just okay — perfectly fine for calls and casual listening, but not audiophile-level. Noise isolation isn’t the strongest either, so outside sounds can creep in, and others may hear a bit of what you’re listening to if the volume is high. Overall, it’s a dependable, comfortable, and versatile headset for work and multitasking, with only minor trade-offs on audio performance.

Mute stops working.
I ordered this headset to replace another one that stopped working. Everything is great about it, except for the fact that the mute button stops working. If you’re in mute for too long, disengaging the button will not take you off mute. If the mute button is not engaged, and you engage it, it will not mute if you have had mute off for a period of time. This becomes an issue when in a work meeting via teams or Zoom, where you’re required to be on mute. If you have to answer a question, you can’t come off mute. The only solution I found is to turn the headset off and back on. This can’t be done if you’re on an active call or in a meeting.

Flaky Bluetooth, mic broke, so-so comfort
I've had this headset since December 2023 for meetings working from home. The sound quality is pretty good. Comfort is so-so, not as good as the 1st gen (my sister has the 1st gen of this headset). The mic piece broke off a few days ago. The mute button didn't work for a while. The Bluetooth connectivity to my work and personal laptops has been unreliable. I am now using my 6 year old Galaxy Buds for WFH which are better overall than this JLab headset- more reliable Bluetooth, decent comfort, good sound quality, not as clunky to wear. But my Galaxy Buds can connect to only one device at a time.
