**Q: how thick is the pad? and is it washable?**
A: It. Is a good thickness... Even more with the shims...I use mine with just a single myatek blanket
Mine is hairy.. Don't know about washing but I think I read yes with removal of shims

**Q: Will this fill an extremely swayback?**
A: Possibly if you use all the shims.. But I think they're are better options

A: Hello! This is a great pad, the shims are placed two in the front wither area, two in the middle, and two on the back side of the pad. You can adjust them to what your horse needs as well!
