I bought one med firm and one soft. i can't tell the difference. how can i tell if i got the right firmness?

Whichever you feel comfortable should be fine. You need to do trials only then can you know for sure

I am not happy with the thickness of the pillow after 4 days. I can’t find the paper that came with it. How do I return it?

I think the quality of the pillow is excellent and can be cut down to a lower loft with large shears or exacto knife. One could cut an area for the ear or a varied height for neck-to-head area). If you are not comfortable with or interested in that option go to the item on your purchase order and initiate a refund. Bring it to UPS store with your electronic receipt and they will box and ship it.

does this fit a full size pillow case?
