Would these be too big for a makeup vanity?

Not at all. They would be perfect for a vanity I felt the pink with gold was the sweetest thing I ever saw as I was creating a cherry blossom room but the black dresser I wanted to put it on was a bit too big and I felt the knobs a little bit too small. So I'm sure they would be just the right size for a vanity

These screws don’t seem to match, they don’t even fit. How to assemble?

Mine came with two lengths of screws. Both fit the hole in the knobs. I used the longer ones because of the width of the wooden drawer.

Got “women’s probiotics” instead of knobs. Returned probiotic at Kohl’s and seller still has not received item yet. Am I going to get charged?
