This is a great device for lung exercise and improving lung strength. I got it for my mom; she has been having difficulties breathing due to lung problems because of age, and this device has been helping her a lot. I like it because it is compact and easy to carry. She has a bigger, more professional one to use at night, but this is great for helping her remove mucus and sleep better. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Good price and quality; it's a must-have for family members with breathing problems, even a very bad cold.

My wife had a C-section a few days ago, so I ordered this breathing trainer in preparation for her surgery so she could use it afterwards to help her core muscles, improve pelvic floor, and work on her lung capacity. The trainer is very easy to operate: hold it with your hands, take a deep breath, and release it slowly while ensuring the yellow ball gets positioned in the middle. Generally, she has been using it for approx. 10 times per hour during the first days and she contemplates it wasn’t very difficult to use at all. Different to other trainers, something I liked (and would like to highlight) from the TyeinGo one is that it has a space to put the hose when not using the trainer, while others you need to store it separately and potentially lose it. The price point of this product is very reasonable as well.

Apparently I have atelectasis now. Why do I have it at my age I have no idea, but my doctor recommended this device to give my lung a workout. It's easy to assemble and kind of fun to use. Hopefully it helps me build up my lung capacity fast. It's actually harder than it seems so it's a good workout for lung that I'll stick to.

Seems like a standard breathing device to conduct exercises for your lungs. I like the design and think it seems easy to use. Breath in and it provides a way to strengthen your lungs. Check she’s a doctor of course to make sure this is something you should be taking and using

I have COPD and I was skeptical it would help my breathing and I was pleasantly surprise that it did improve my breathing. I have used it twice a day since I got it. The first times I used it I could only get it to 1000 to 1500 ml, after a week I was at 3000ml and now I can consistently get to 4000ml and once in awhile I can peg it. I don’t know if it has helped me increase my lung capacity or has trained me to take deeper breaths I just know it has made a big difference on my breathing! Great product at a reasonable price!
