I bought this product within 2 months the right earbud battery is draining very fast and the left earbud touch sensor is not working properly.So I recommend you to buy some best branded earbud instead of this cheap product which are available at low cost. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ***REMOVE THE PLASTIC ON YOUR EARBUDS*** *by R***K on 12 October 2024* To everyone who's saying that their product is not working, you need to remove the golden yellow plastic film (as shown in first photo) covering the charging points on earbuds for it to charge and start working. The product is not charged out of the box.White light is when it's charging the case and green is when it detects the earbuds and starts charging it. I ordered 2 and both are working fine.Pros:1. Sound quality is really good at this price point. Bass is deep and treble is also nice. Mic quality is also good enough at this price point.2. Defy as a brand is underdog and not many people know about it. My previous pair lasted me more than 2 years.3. Comfortable to wear and you get extra silicone tips to better fit your ear holes.4. Decent enough built quality. Light weight box so you don't feel it easily in your pockets. Rounded corner design so it doesn't hurt your thighs in tight jeans pockets.5. Easy and fast pairing, doesn't take a lot of time to connect to your device.Cons:Honestly not much but:1. Lack of after sales service network even in major cities.2. ENC is bare bones, it's basically the fitting silicone tips doing most part of the job of cancelling noise. ENC is a marketing gimmick, don't buy this you want noise cancellation - go for proper ANC. But under 500, this is the best you'll get as per my experience.3. Charging wire provided in the box is very poor quality. And plastic case feels a bit flimsy.4. Case battery degrades fast and will stop providing you with 24hr battery backup, so you might want to use it carefully. But that's the case in most of the TWS at this price point.Conclusion: Overall great product to use upto a year or so. Good enough for basic tasks like music, movies and calls. I ordered 2 after I lost my previous pair. One for me and other for my girlfriend.
