I absolutely loved this device. It was super handy, super portable, and at a price better than anywhere else on the market. Would have given a 5* review, however after just 6 months the receiver has stopped working completely and seemingly won't power on - I'd expect it to last a lot longer than that.

This wireless transmitter works really well with my laptop to TV. I like to use my laptop for gaming and work and now I can connect it to my main TV without any cables trailing around. It works amazing well with no issues or lag at all and the picture quality is perfect. All I had to do was plug the transmitter into my laptop and the receiver into my TV and just like magic it works. Very happy with this purchase and will be using this a lot. Great product.

This is actually a really great product that works exactly the way you would hope and expect! My need was to have my Virgin Media box located away from the wall where the TV is and connect the two wirelessly. It's not totally obvious from the product listing that this would work because most of the description talks about using it with a laptop. Anyway, I've connected it all up and it "just works" straight away with no configuration or messing around. Things to be aware of: 1) There are two very similar devices, effectively they are cables with a USB plug on one end and a HDMI plug on the other. One is the transmitter and one is the receiver, they are not interchangeable so make sure to connect the receiver to the TV not the transmitter. 2) They need power, you can't just connect them to the HDMI sockets. The power is provided through the USB end of the cable. The USB sockets on my TV adjacent to the HDMI provided enough power to run the device, that might not be the case for all TV especially slightly older ones that don't provide as much power to the USB sockets in which case you would need a USB power adaptor or similar. My Virgin Media box didn't provide USB power so for the transmitter I needed to have a separate USB power adaptor and plug the USB connector end of the transmitter into that. Bear in mind that the cable isn't that long so you need the USB power quite close to the device you're plugging in to. 3) I powered the TV on first, then then transmitter and Virgin Media box. Selected the input source on my TV for the HDMI port the receiver was connected to, and it just works! Took less than five minutes to set this all up and now I have the Virgin Media box out of the way on a shelf in the same room not in front of the TV. Other things to know about: 1) It looks like it is max 1080p in terms of resolution. For Virgin Media this was fine as this is pretty much the best quality most of the channels are broadcast in (and many are lower than 1080p in fact). If you absolutely needed 4K this device would not work. 2) There is a very very tiny lag when using the remote control compared to when the Virgin Media box is plugged straight into the TV. After a few uses you don't notice it. If you were wanting to use it for gaming on a PC or games console it might be more of an issue but just for streaming TV it isn't a problem. 3) I've had the two devices refuse to connect to each other, not when they are being used but when switching the TV on a day or so after last being used, I just got a blue screen rather than the TV signal from the Virgin Media box. Restarting the TV and Virgin Media box didn't fix this, only unplugging the USB power to the transmitter solved it. The instructions are a little vague and talk about "pairing" or "re-pairing" the units if they are not working together - what that actually seems to mean is just unplug from power and then switch back on. This was a one off problem for me and if it happens again I'll know how to fix it easily. 4) I don't know what the units work like if further apart. In my case they are around 15ft apart in the same room with the transmitter sitting inside a shelving unit. That works fine, I can't say how well it would work through walls etc. So yes, a brilliant item that really works very well. Shame the suppliers don't make it much clearer that this would work well to stream from Media boxes like sky / virgin etc to a TV as it's a really elegant and easy to use solution to a common problem that lots of us have!

I recently bought this WIRELESS HDMI TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER, which is really cool because it allows me to use my laptop and TV and for projector without any wires hanging all around the room. And the quality of the transmission and reception is great. And without any problems with the picture quality. And also it is really easy to connect and simple to use with any issue. And the connectivity is also really speed there no delay in the video transmission. And also no need to worry of connecting any OTT platform as I used Netflix, YouTube and prime without conflict. And it is a great quality product for the money it worth it. I would definitely recommend it for home and office meetings use.

Inte alls nöjd med den här produkten. Min dator står tre meter från TV:n med fri luft mellan dem. Ändå är bildkvalitén dålig med märkbar komprimering och kraftiga eftersläpningar. Tittar man på film känns det som om åtminstone varannan frame hoppas över. Försöker man spela känns det som att springa i sirap. Kommer att skickas tillbaka. Avråder från köp. Kan möjligen fungera för powerpoint och liknande.

Ho acquistato questo trasmettitore e ricevitore HDMI wireless e nel complesso sono soddisfatto. L’installazione è stata molto semplice: basta collegare il trasmettitore alla sorgente HDMI (come PC o notebook) e il ricevitore alla TV o al proiettore, e la connessione avviene praticamente subito. La qualità video è buona e stabile per l’uso quotidiano, soprattutto per presentazioni, streaming o per collegare il computer alla TV senza dover utilizzare cavi lunghi. È una soluzione molto comoda quando non si vuole o non si può passare un cavo HDMI. Nel complesso è un dispositivo pratico e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un sistema semplice per trasmettere video in modalità wireless.

Es un adaptador compacto de entrada micro-hdmi macho y salida hdmi hembra. Con carcasa metálica y muy buen acabado; tan sólo lo enchufas y la conexión perfecta y sin problemas. Si tienes una raspberry pi 4 te habrá ocurrido como a mi, que tan sólo tienes cables hdmi, de mayor o menor longitud pero con salida hdmi por los dos lados (que son lo mas normal), con este pequeño adaptador que llevo siempre junto a mi raspberry ahora ya no tengo problema de encontrar el cable necesario para conectarla al televisor o proyector. Poco mas tengo que decir, salvo que me va perfecto.
