It was easy for my husband to fit and worked well while in but it falls out the the middle of the night

It all depends on how you snore. I snore when breathing through my nose so allowing air to pass through my mouth reduced my snoring, it did fall out a couple of times, and teeth can be sore in the morning but I do grind my teeth so could be due to this. However it does work and I now don't disturb my wife as much.

Hot water. Does nothing to help mold the mouth guard to your teeth very uncomfortable when in mouth makes you want to gag

I wanted to switch to a device that was one piece so I chose this one. After three days using it, my wife confirmed that my loud snoring came back from using it and my apnea came back. When wearing it, it my bottom teeth/jaw does not stay in position and falls backwards. I've gone back to my much larger device which holds my jaw in place and it doesn't move backwards.

Well the star ratings might look all over but for a reason. First its only been one night but im told it was a good 90% lighter than usual. However i woke to the worst drymouth of my life i swear i touched the roof of my mouth with my tonge and my pallet just latched onto my tongue and would let go 😅 so a star removed for sllep quality. Didnt move so once formed (and i had to do it twice as first effort i bit onto one of the sides but it was find in reforming it again. fits like a glove now. - Adhesion is good... Comform, well this is again marked down due to the rediculous drymouth i had, theres a lot of material to close the mouth completely but i'm going to have another go tonight and see if i canwork it out Overall for a 6 quid test.. does what it says on the tin so im told

I've tried over 20 different mouth guards in my search. Years of suffering with GERD symptoms I used to use mouth tape to keep my mouth closed but it was stretching my top lip !!! In my opinion this mouth guard is great. It's big enough to block my mouth so encourages only nose breathing and its comfy. Yes it's bulky, yes it's uncomfortable to begin with but after 2 nights you accept it. Tips : When moulding wiggle your lower jaw 2 to 3mm so the guard isn't tight against your gums as mine got sore. Clean with toothpaste n brush after use n sterilise once a week in mild Milton solution. I'm 5 weeks into mine n it's still perfect. For £6 you could get the sleep you deserve. 😴
