does this have speaker pocket?

Yes, it has speaker pockets, roll the liner back and peel off the foam bit and there it is. It's a bit high, directing the sound into the skull, not the ear itself. I don't plan to install speakers there (I use sunglasses with speakers) but if I did I'd look for something that specializes in the bone sound kind, if that makes sense.

How do you switch out the clear and smoke visor?

You have to pull it, it pops in and out nothing to it.
