The suggested pressure readings that came with it worked perfectly. (It doesn't work well in a breeze outside.) It puffed twenty year old wheat berries too. It takes practice, but it works great. If you have raw grain , it can be ready to eat in fifteen minutes. It's portable. I love it and I plan on getting a larger one. It's a lot of fun. I haven't tried corn yet but the puffed brown rice is amazing.
