CMS 50-DL Pulse Oximeter with Neck/Wrist Cord

Bought after checking reviews of this model online (from medical personnel). So far, seems to be accurate and working well. Purchased to potentially check effectiveness of oxygen administration in diving emergencies.

Goods arrived as expected. This will be used as part of my Covid LFT to record my vitals

Not quite as good as my other monitor. Bought to see if my other was accurate. My other detects my heart rate being erratic when in atrial fibrillation but this one just gives me a steady beat. Read a review about this monitor and it said it was as good as professional monitors. I don't think it is.

This item was faulty. It switched on the first few times but didn’t always give a reading, then would not switch on at all. I returned it and the refund took some time to process. Therefore I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased this awhile back from a 3rd party retailer, the item is actually made by a company called Contec Med which are responsible for many medical related devices on the market, many of which are developed for hospital and use veterinary such as ECG machines and Patient Monitors, this gave me the confidence to purchase the device over others with no previous experience in health. To be honest, I have not had a lot of reason to use the device regularly but when I have I find it super easy to use and fairly accurate when compared to similar devices. The design looks a little bland and dated but it makes up for it in solid results. This device requires 2x AAA batteries, I used Amazon basics rechargeable's and have had no issues. It does take a little longer to display the stats and I found leaving it for a few minutes allows for the readings to level out. In all a very good device.

Used this when suffering from COVID and gave such a low reading that had to go to hospital to be rechecked by their equipment. Hospital reading correct and we were advised to get rid of this meter. Also misleading in that packed in a carton with details in English while instruction leaflet in German. Do not buy.

Bought this 6 months ago or so and now does not work. It just shows finger out error all the time now. Shame! Use to work well but clearly not robustly built. Waste of good money

Acquistato come precauzione in più per tenere sotto controllo comodamente a casa i parametri di salute, vista l'incidenza del coronavirus sui livelli di ossigeno nel sangue. Misura anche le pulsazioni, il tutto in pochi secondi. Logicamente non è uno strumento che garantisce una diagnosi assoluta e completa, ma nel suo piccolo può dare qualche informazione immediata sul proprio stato di salute in modo comodo e veloce.

if u have nails then it won’t fit your finger in, and won’t work

Seems to work well. Very easy to use. Light. Compact. Hope it's as accurate as the reviews say.
