Wish I bought this sooner. It's works so great for sinus pressure relief. The light on the control pad is BRIGHT. I wrap a sock around it or tuck it under my pillow.

Nov 5: I just got this product today, but so far I absolutely LOVE IT. I had double jaw surgery a week ago, my doctor wants me using heat regularly now instead of ice. The problem with most heating pads is they just don't stay warm for long enough to do any good, you're constantly up and down to the microwave instead of resting. This heating pad is a usb-plug in and comes with the adaptor. It has 3 temps, but I use the highest one for rehab. The material is soft and comfortable wearing it for long periods of time. It also has a 45 minute auto-off feature In case you fall asleep. ETA Nov 9: I've used this product almost a week and so far it's still a great purchase. I am wondering how to wash the entire cover, though, so far I've just spot cleaned. ETA Nov 11: cannot get it clean, I recommend a waterproof "bib" on top of it if near your mouth post-op. Rating changed from 5 to 4, still very worthwhile.

It’s good to put on as it’s easy and has Velcro. However, the heat varies. It’s not even.

While I like the premise of the product as I suffer from sinus headaches and migraines on a frequent basis. If it got hot and stayed hot for a bit then it might be worth the money. Also, it hurt my ears wearing it because for it to work, you need to wrap it around the ears and after a bit they start to hurt. It wasn’t my favorite product.
