Direct Drive Brush Head Quick-Release Motorhead Cleaner Head for Dyson V7 V8 V10 V11 V15 SV12 Vacuum Cleaner

I have a border collie that loves to attack my vacuum and I absolutely love my Dyson stick. This is I think the third one I’ve purchased, but she goes after it and broke the connector where the stick connects to the head. Honestly, I’ve been burned in the past trying to buy replacement vacuum parts. They’re not OEM, but I figured for the price it would be worth trying and sure enough it works beautifully. It fits exactly as the original and haven’t had any technical problems or have any failures with it operating just as the original. You can see where my border collie has attacked the stick, but my new one works great.

After two years of constant use, our original Dyson carpet-cleaning head stopped working due to a faulty motor. Although out of warranty, Dyson offered to provide a replacement for around $75 (a comparable Dyson replacement was around $110 on Amazon). We opted to go with the Motorhead Cleaner sold by Amazon. In all ways, it is equivalent to the original equipment at a lower cost. If you want to save some money with a very good product, this is the way to go.

Definitely not the original part but it works pretty well. Fits perfectly, seems to drag very easily i don’t know how to explain it but the original part didn’t do that. Not a big deal i just have to get used to it. Cleans the same so far i only used it twice. We will see how long it lasts.

Have been using this for past few months. In some ways better than Dyson. Head does not always come on but a little jiggle and works great.

Long term value isnt there. Stopped spinning after a month of use. Made sure there was no debris but still not spinning. Shouldve just bought it direct from Dyson

This replacement head looks true to form of the original manufacturer. It struggles to vacuum up cat litter from a hardwood floor. I have changed filters and cleaned the vacuum several times, but when you let go of the trigger invariably some litter gets left on the floor instead of being suctioned up to the canister.

Fits perfectly with my old vacuum! Works well. Good quality! Very happy with it!
