One of the best things I've ever bought!
I've been wa ting a robot vacuum for a while but my husband didn't think it woukd be worth the money. Eventually decided to get one regardless and spent a long time researching which one to get. I knew I wanted an Eufy, which narrowed it down somewhat, but there were still so many different models! To help narrow the search down further I decided I wasn't bothered abiut having a hybrid one, as the reviews of the 'mop' feature weren't great. Instead, the key features for me were high suction and mapping capabilities, as there were a few places I didn't want it to go (under the sofa, places there are loose cables, etc). I came across the L60, which was cheaper than some of the other models but with the highest suction and mapping. I couldn't find any reviews, and realised this was because it was a relatively new model. Decided to risk it anyway, especially as it had ยฃ50 off, making it even cheaper. I've always found Amazon Customer Services great so thought if I experienced any issues I'd be covered. I'm so glad I took the risk, as my title says, it's one of the best things I've bought. Working full time with three young children with extra curricular clubs I find it hard to keep in top of the housework, including vacuuming/sweeping. Eugene, as our Robovac is affectionately known, has been a game changer. I can put him on whenever needed to keep on top of everything. For example, vacuuming the kitchen floor after breakfast whilst we get ready for work and school. It's also helped keep the house tidier generally, as the kids get warned before he wakes up to make sure all their toys are off the floor. Key positive features: - suction is great, I find it picks up really well both on carpet and hard floor. - charge lasts well. I'd say we have an average floor plan and he manages all of the downstairs in one go. - The rotating brushes work well at brushing in debris towards the vac, increasing the amount it picks up from outside of its own circumference. - navigation has been working well so far. The mapping means he is usually quite systematic in his cleaning, something non-mappings models are criticised for. He's only got stuck once or twice, and this was due to him becoming wedged between a step and a basket. - room cleaning: If I only need him to clean certain rooms you can select which one specifically via the app. You can also use this feature to select the order he cleans in (the order you select them in), which I find useful if I know I have some bits to tidy up in one room first, as he can still be making a start on the others. - zone cleaning: using the app you can also create specific zones for him to clean, useful if you need to do some spot cleaning. - no go zones: again using the app you can create no go zones, which I have used for areas where we have exposed cables, and for our fire hearth, for example. - Multifloor mapping allows you to have different maps for each floor in your house. - you can create routines with Alexa to use voice activation. - decent sized waste compartment, although I tend to empty everyday out of habit. Negatives: - not many to be honest! - The Alexa functionality could be better, it's quite limited to turning him on or off. It would be great if you could activate some of the above features via voice control (e.g. Room cleaning). However, I think this is an issue generally with Alexa and Eufy rather than specific to this model. - The robovac creates a map the first time it is used, which is not always accurate in identify where one room starts/ends. Within the app you can amend this by partioning and merging rooms. However, Ive found this function quite hit and miss, with it not allowing me to partion some parts of rooms it has correctly misidentified. Not a massive issue, but it does me when I ask it to clean the living room, I then need to create a zone clean, as it thinks the first part of our living room is our hallway and therefore misses this out in the room clean. Overall, I'm really pleased with the L60 and would thoroughly recommend.

Does what it should
I purchased this item over a year ago as a gift based on the fact I already had one. If you want an intuitive robotic vacuum cleaner that sucks up dirt then it's difficult to not recommend this item. The app for it, once set up, is a breeze to use, with the ability to change suction levels and the amount of passes the cleaner makes. The set up process is a little time consuming as it makes a map of the floor level it is to be used on, it then gives you the ability to fine tune it; to block off areas, name rooms, allocate suction level and how many times it cleans an area (once or twice). There is a handy scheduler within the app to select quieter times of the day for it to complete its task. It will provide notifications if it gets trapped or stuck and will auto shut off and also provides maintenance notifications. I would recommend.

A great mid-range purchase
I spent quite a bit of time researching robot vacuums, looking for something that was a good all-rounder for the amount I was willing to spend. If you're just looking for a summary, then I can tell you that this was a great purchase for a mid-range machine and for the most part, I'm very happy with its performance. If you want a more detailed review, read on: I picked my Eufy G30 Hybrid up for ยฃ279 with an offer applied. Personally, I would say that this is a fair price to pay. If you are willing to part with ยฃ350+ for your purchase and there's no immediate rush, I would recommend waiting until the Black Friday deals to pick up something that is usually ยฃ500-600 but has been heavily discounted. The reason being, whilst this product is very good for the money, you could probably get added features and benefits that aren't included with this model/brand. Here are a few extra questions I would recommend asking yourself before purchasing your robot vacuum: - Do you have pets? - Do you want to use this product across multiple levels/floors in your home? - Do you want it to store where it has been irrespective of where you move it to in your home? - Do you want your robot vacuum to be able to just clean one room through the app/voice control before returning home? In a nutshell, if you answered 'yes' to any of the questions above, then you may wish to consider your purchase more thoroughly before buying something like the Eufy G30 Hybrid. Why? Simply because there are other capabilities that I overlooked. For example, you can't set virtual boundaries through the app. If you have pets, that means you can't set it to ignore a dog's food bowl/food area, or a cat's, for example. You can use the tape that the Eufy G30 Hybrid comes with, but itโs honestly terrible; really, who wants that running across their floor when they could just set zones to ignore on the map your robot vacuum created? Furthermore, multi-floor mapping can be done with this robot vacuum, but it doesn't save the map when you move it, for example, relocating it upstairs. It really only stores it if it is doing routine cleans that are the same each time and without any interference. If you relocate it upstairs for instance, it just wipes the map or carries the one from downstairs with it, which isnโt so helpful. A little tip Iโve also found is if you turn it off whilst carrying it to a different zone using its its little switch on the side this wipes the map as well. I do like the fact that, if it youโve relocated it upstairs and it can't return home to its base station, it will simply return to its starting point. That's pretty neat, but it would be good if it could store the maps it has created. The sensor also recognises the stairs, so it wonโt trundle off to its demise. One quick note on maps, it is a good to have in my opinion (versus random cleaning) because itโll work out the boundaries and sort of โcolour inโ where it has been before doing a final sweep of the edges. This helps it to know what it has done, giving a full clean with confidence. Once it has done all of that, it completes the run. With its three suction power โmodesโ (standard, turbo and max), if youโve set it to run on max and youโve enabled the function to auto-return to where it last was in the settings, it can go back to where it was if itโs battery has depleted and not restart the entire clean once it is fully charged again. This does take 5-6 hours but I donโt see it as a problem. It can however sometimes repeat areas it has cleaned even with the map function as it is, which is sometime a bit peculiar. Note that there is also a Boost IQ function, which I believe alternates between standard and turbo whilst navigating different surface types, but I tend to just set which mode I want for each scheduled run or one off clean when I take it upstairs for instance. This robot vacuum also doesn't allow you to select a room via the Alexa integration, for example, "Alexa, ask Eufy to clean the kitchen" - nope. It can do the following: start, pause, go home or help you to find it. There's a useful-ish speaker on the Eufy G30 Hybrid that means it can talk to you in a fairly limited fashion (e.g. if it gets stuck/experiences an error or is performing something), but it's not so amazing that I wouldn't swap it out for the ability to clean a single room and never say a word to me instead. Finally, the mop function is pretty decent. I've never had a robot vacuum before this one, so it's not easy for me to compare, but it does the job. It's just tap water put into a compartment that you attach and then allow it to soak into a microfibre cloth that you connect to it, and then the robot vacuum just runs over the floor with it whilst simultaneously vacuuming (all the suction modes are available whilst it does this). Do note that the mop sits very closely to the floor, so it can get stuck on uneven surfaces more easily than when it is simply vacuuming and the mop is detached. It also can't tell one room from the next, so if it can, it will literally try to drive onto your carpets! I suspect this is the case for many robot vacuums, however. If you don't expect wonders and you have a simple work around for this, such as being able to close a door between rooms, then it's fine. The floor will certainly feel cleaner afterwards if you're happy to just set it down and let it do its thing on the surface(s) that need mopping. After it finishes my kitchen, I usually take it upstairs to do the bathroom. I flick the switch to turn it off and wipe the map so it doesnโt get really confused, then I let it go to reassess the boundaries and complete the room. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase because I set my expectations lower for the price and I was pleasantly surprised overall. I really like what it can do, the map function on it isn't terrible, but it is limited due to not being able to store where it has been (outside of routine cleaning where you don't tamper with it or carry it somewhere else). There have been a couple of times it has got a little confused. If that happens, I recommend just letting it go to its docking station and that seems to do the trick in recalibrating its position. It's thickness is sleek enough that it can fit nicely under my sofa and it is quiet enough not to disturb you if you want to, for example, set it to run at 6am whilst you're still asleep. Thereโs also a spot clean function where it goes round and round in a circle for spillages, which is a nice extra but I havenโt found an occasion to use it yet. Manual control is also a nice added extra if youโre like me and get enjoyment from driving things around remotely! If I could purchase again and I was prepared to wait, I would try to see if I could pick this up when it had a better deal than when I purchased it, or get another one that was a tad more pricey but had all the extra functionality I mentioned above, but ideally with a heavy discount e.g. a Black Friday deal. I rate this product 4/5 stars. I hope my review helps you in your quest to buy the right robot vacuum for you!

Brilliant little machine
Eufy C10 Iโm really pleased with the eufy Robot Vacuum C10. It has powerful suction and does a great job picking up dust, crumbs and pet hair, while the slim design allows it to get underneath furniture that a larger vacuum simply couldnโt reach. I set it to clean when I leave the house, when I return it's done and returned to it's docking station, however I do need to pick up objects like shoes. The LiDAR navigation and smart mapping work very well, and it moves around efficiently without constantly bumping into things. I also really appreciate the self-emptying feature, which makes it much more hands-free and convenient. Itโs relatively quiet too, so it doesnโt cause much disruption while running. Overall, a very capable robot vacuum that saves time and keeps the floors looking clean with minimal effort. Iโm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Very impressed!
I've had this robot vacuum for almost 2 months and I can honestly say I'm really impressed. It just works and does what you want it too. Set up was easy and the first time you set it to go, it maps out your home, which again was really impressive considering this model is considerably cheaper than some other brands. You can set a schedule for cleaning or send it out to clean at anytime using the app. Once done, it heads back home to it's docking station to charge. The app is easy to use with lots of settings to adjust to your liking. I live in a bungalow, so have set it to clean all rooms Monday to Friday whilst in work. The only rooms it can't do are the bathroom and conservatory (we always keep the bathroom door closed and the conservatory has a step leading up to it). We have a Dyson which we tend to only use on the weekend now. The cleaning capability is really good. We have two cats which to be fair, don't moult a huge amount, but with most animals there is a certain amount of hair they leave behind. It manages to collect hair, dust and any cat litter that has been tracked around very well. It's only got stuck once and that was my fault. I was rushing for work and left my phone charger cable on the floor. I received a message on my phone to say the robot was stuck and needed help. When I got home, I detangled it and sent it on its way again. It's actually made us keep clutter off the floor now which is an added bonus. It's easy to empty and keep clean too. This robot vacuum has been a great investment and although it's not been enough to warrant getting rid of the Dyson, it has helped reduce the amount of cleaning in the week and does a damn good job of maintaining a clean floor.

Great at first, but complete software failure and a major fire hazard!
I wanted to love this vacuum. For the first month or two, it worked flawlessly. However, it quickly devolved into a massive headache, and I am ultimately forced to throw it in the trash. Here is why: โ ๏ธ 1. Dangerous Hardware Failure (Major Fire Hazard) If you or anyone in your house has long hair, do not buy this vacuum. It absolutely cannot handle it. It clogs 2 to 3 times per room, requiring constant manual clearing. Worse yet, the roller mechanism gets dangerously hot to the touch during these clogs. The heat became so intense that the internal plastic has actually warped, making it nearly impossible to get the rollers back in. This feels like a legitimate fire risk. ๐ฑ 2. Broken Software & Connectivity After a couple of months, a software glitch completely ruined the user experience: Map Loss: It completely stopped saving maps. Every single time I want to vacuum, I have to let it remap the entire house from scratch. Troubleshooting Failed: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times and tried setting it up on multiple different phones. Nothing fixes it. Wi-Fi Drops: The vacuum constantly forgets my Wi-Fi network, forcing me to reconnect it repeatedly. Final Verdict Between the software completely breaking down and the hardware physically warping/overheating from hair, this product is completely unusable. Itโs heading straight to the bin. Save your money and buy something else.

Surprised and Impressed!
I'll be honest: I was a bit skeptical about getting a robot vacuum, but a friend of mine kept insisting I try the eufy L60. I'm so glad I listened! The initial setup was a total breeze. I had it connected to my Wi-Fi and synced with the eufy app in just a few minutes. The interface is intuitive, and I didn't run into any of the "smart home headaches" I was worried about. The cleaning performance is what really blew me away. I wasn't expecting it to be this thorough, but it picks up everything. It handles carpets remarkably well, transitioning from hard floors without losing suction power. I also frequently leverage the multi-floor mapping feature, which works perfectly for the different levels of my home. The only minor "issue" I encountered is that the sensors can get a bit confused by large mirrors (I have floor-to-ceiling mirrors on my wardrobe doors). To fix this, I just had to temporarily cover the bottom of the mirrors while it did the initial mapping. Once the map was saved, I added a no-go line in the app for extra safety, and it hasn't had a problem since! If you're on the fence like I was, take the plunge. It's efficient, smart, and has definitely exceeded my expectations. Total lifesaver!

Amazed for the priceโฆโฆ uk
Seen this working at somebodyโs house when I was doing a job I asked the customer about it and was saying how good it looks and it must be expensive I was shocked the price she mentioned so I did no more and ordered one that day. So the customers one was wizzing round on tiled floor and my house is fully carpeted so I wasnโt expecting it to be 100% BUT it was amazing Iโm shocked for how much it picked up and the amount of fluff. I would definitely recommend this product and for the price itโs a cheap Christmas present for parents or any time of year gift. Fingers crossed Iโll have many years worth of using thisโฆ.

great value for the price, excellent app
I bought our first vacuum robot in Feb 2016; I paid AED 3,499 from a US-based brand that was just starting at that time. Vacuum robots were not that popular, especially in the UAE, and for this price, I got a robot with random logic ( no mapping), but it did really well for that time. After about 5 years, I was shopping for a new one, and things became much more confusing, with so many brands and so many features. I finally settled for this one because it had all the important features, like good battery life, charge and resume, and mobile app control. For about 1000 AED, it outperforms many expensive brands. I bought a second one a few weeks later, so now I have one on each floor, and I am happy with both. The package was elegant and clean, the setup was easy, and the app is simple to use. I have only one medium thickness carpet, and it did well on it; the rest of the house is the hard floor. I never used the mopping feature. I faced an issue with the setup of the 2nd one, but it turns out that the wifi coverage wasn't that good. My advice is to follow the manual to guide where to place the base to have a smooth charging experience. Otherwise, you might face issues where the robot might not recognize the base. I strongly recommend this one, and I like that Eufy keeps updating its app frequently.

Good vacuum but lacks features. Mopping is a hit and miss
I got this vacuum in 2022.it works great and connects well with Alexa. The app is pretty cool and the device itself is very hardy. However, while it maps the rooms while vacuuming, there is no option to store these maps and so pretty tedious as you need to ensure to move away things and close doors before starting up. On top of this, the mop mode works well when it works but most of the time the device just drags around in an area. I do need to spend some time troubleshooting and if I am lucky, it starts working. I wish I had got a slightly better model but overall it's a good vacuum bot. Make sure to buy some additional boundary strips.
