I got this pillow because I had neck pain and it got worst with this pillow. 1. you can only put your head in the center of the pillow to have a sense of comfort, but then, if you have by 1 millimetre , you will start feeling discomfort 2. I am not sure if this is proper memory foam, as the pillow stays in exactly the same shape, and feels so hard

Quality product, with alot of versatility. Side sleeping, and back sleeping-- perfect for me. This size fits better than my other memory foam pillow which would bug me by forcing head into a channel for back sleeping. This pillow is very good, no neck pain and helps with sciatica to be able to switch sleep positions without flipping pillow. Very pleased.

My chiropractor introduced me to this modern version of the cervical pillow because I was getting tension headaches caused by neck stiffness. She said that because I have a short neck, who knew, that this type of pillow would be better for me than the traditional cervical one. Overnight, my headaches went away. Keep in mind that I was 100% certain that the headaches were caused by the position of my neck while sleeping, nothing more serious. I find that the best position for me is on my back, but I can also stay on my sides for some time without experiencing a headache. Also, note that there is a piece of foam inside the pillow that you can remove to make the dip even shallower. I did that, and it seems to be the best position for my neck. I ordered the King, but was surprised to see that it is not a standard-size king pillow. It's much shorter, so measure before you buy. Overall a great pillow with removable cover for washing.

I sleep on my back sometimes, and sometimes on my side. I was waking up with a stiff neck, so time for a new pillow. After research (how many listings does Amazon have for pillows?), I ordered this in the Queen size. After the first night, my neck and shoulders didn't hurt. Really. After about a week, the pillow did seem a little stiff for side sleeping. The pillow has a small, removable oval of foam on the back side, which I removed according to instructions that came with it. The neck support was softer after that, and I am very pleased with the pillow. There is a travel size that is intriguing (avoid huge, hard hotel pillows). It might be suitable if you had the luggage space, but not for traveling with a backpack or carry-on. Anyway. This pillow has made my sleep better and I'd buy it again.

I have tried so many pillows and had to return them because they did not alleviate my neck pain. So glad I found this pillow, which allows me to sleep on my back, and also on either side. My chiropractor is glad that my neck is now as stiff as a board ;-)

I bought this pillow years ago and it literally changed my life.My sleep quality was great and when I am sleeping in any other pillow it's just miserable.I have neck pain issues and it's the only one I can sleep comfortable at. Few weeks ago I bought a king size for my new bed.Unfortunately one of my cats peed on it. I contacted customer service to ask if it is machine washable as the odor is really difficult to eliminate. I got an instant response that unfortunately as expected it is not.My surprise came when they told me that I don't have to worry about it as they will send a replacement for free! I was just blown away! It's amazing to see that a company actually cares and wanta to take care of their customers. Thank you for a great product and great customer service!
