this is one of my fav pre's of all time as its cheap, tasty ( it genuinely tastes heavenly) and has everything you need in a pre workout as i have tried many different pres and none of them are dosed well nor are cheap or taste good at all. for example it has the basics and dosed very well: l citrulline malate - helps with the pump (6000mg) caffeine - helps with alertness and feeling energetic ( 180mg) electrolytes - keeps your hydration in check (1g) beta alanine - delays lactic acid buildup (2500mg) its also cheap and from a reputable company in the fitness industry. 10/10

My last delivery of this is lost somewhere in my flat 🤦🏻‍♀️ Seriesly tho, I like to drink this before my job which is very physical and it's helps

This mixes really well. You get a pretty instant hit. It smells like most pre-workouts and tastes better than a lot of other brands. Effective at providing a boost of energy. Slightly more expensive than other brands.

I have this before any work out. I'm really buzzing before I do a work out. I take it half an hour before any work out.

Had a slight effect. Not as good as the others I have tried and the taste is far too sweet.

Tastes incredible great value for money I mixed my first one and had energy for well over 13 hours great for a wake up before a long shift in a steel plant, easy to mix doesn’t clump up like other products, smells incredible also, plenty of flavours to choose from with great ingredients.

not sure if it works but tastes horrid, like drinking a cup full of sugar no matter how much you dilute it.

Best pre ive ever had by far, supreme combination and quantity of supplements
