Plugged the dummy battery in and attached the USB connectors to a 20AH battery source. Camera shows full power and functions perfectly. Also tried it plugged into a USB charger, and same. This is more of a panasonic issue than an issue with the coupler. I ran an LX100 for 3 hours with a retail solar cell phone charger and still had juice left in the charger.
