Couldn't live without these. Expensive but they work and are well worth the money.

Ich hatte mehrere Headsets zum testen zu Hause (Jabra) war aber bei keinem mit der Qualität der Geräuschunterdrückung zufrieden. Ich bin dann auf die Orosound Tilde gestoßen und hatte mir das Spitzenmodel Orosound Tilde Pro C+ gegönnt. Das Headset sitzt sehr gut auf meinem Kopf und lässt sich auch über Stunden sehr bequem tragen. Die Geräuschunterdrückung ist super und filtert gleichmäßige Geräusche, wie laufendes Wasser, laufender Staubsaugerroboter und die Kaffeemühle unseres Siebträgers super aus Telefonaten heraus. ABER zwei Dinge stören mich und v.a. den 2. Punkt kann ich ich nicht akzeptieren: 1. Es gibt ein Portal bei dem man sich registrieren muss um Updates des Headsets zu laden. Die Registrierung geht NUR via PC. Tablets/ Smartphones können nicht auf das Portal zugreifen. Bei meinem Dienst-Laptop habe ich keine Admin-Rechte also musste ich mein Ur-altes Macbook reaktivieren. D.h. ohne einem halbwegs aktuellen privaten PC kommt ihr nicht auf das Portal um Updates zu ziehen. 2. Mir ist es unzählige Male passiert, dass ich in einem Teams Call aufgelegt habe (Headset ging) und mich im nächsten eingewählt habe und das Headset war nicht mehr zu aktivieren. Also meist habe ich die Kollegen gut gehört, aber das Mikrofon hat sich nicht mehr verbunden. Bei jedem 2. Call musste ich mich entschuldigen, dass ich leider technische Probleme mit meinem Headset habe und fragen ob ich jetzt zu hören bin. Das ist im professionellen Umfeld nicht akzeptabel und mehr als peinlich, weshalb ich das Headset nach 4 Monaten reklamiert habe.

Se lo compré a mi mujer para trabajar desde casa y es muy bueno, aunque creo que la marca es de medio pelo… este modelo tiene un par de años y ya no cuenta con respuestas… ni de copas, de dongle Dac, cables, etc. esto lo digo por que Amazon vende este auricular con dongle Dac para que se conecte fácilmente con PC mediante Bluetooth y me lleve la sorpresa de que viene sin el. Es decir vende una cosa y entrega otra. La solución que me dieron es devolver el producto o una devolución parcial (25%) y que me busque la vida por otro lado, ahí fue donde me puse a buscar el dongle Dac por otros lados y está fuera de stock. NO lo hay en ninguna parte del mundo. Pero si te sirve sin ese accesorio, cómpralo por que no te van a defraudar.

The issue started to happen only after 4 months, headset kept saying please connect the microphone even though it was connected.

My use case: - wfh >90% of the time. 2-3hrs of meetings everyday. - present work done (voice clarity and noise cancelling important). - eventual kids noise. - eventually people working around me in the office (talking and in meeting). Very often it disconnects from meetings or people simply can't hear me. I catch myself often having to connect, disconnect, turn on and off. The noise cancelling from the mics are good but people tell me i sound as if i leave in an aquarium. Also, it does not seal the ears very well from external sound. The external noise cancelling it is not great as well. It is very comfortable indeed but I'm not impressed at all with the sound quality of the speakers. They are not very loud too. The only thing this does well is the mic noise cancelling. That's it. The headset also looks very good. For the price, it should be amazing, but it is not. Very short battery, 8hr max. Not even a complete day of work.
