I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a study table from [About space]. Not only did I receive a missing product with missing parts (12 no slaves), but the cabinet handle was also incorrectly sized (4 inches instead of 5 inches). Despite providing photographic evidence, customer care was unhelpful and unwilling to rectify the issue. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any products from this company. The poor quality and inadequate customer service make it a waste of money. Save your hard-earned cash – look elsewhere for reliable and quality products.

Overall the product is good. Some of the materials like hinges , back ply seems of not the best quality.

I had one of my worst Amazon shopping experiences with this seller. I had to place the order twice due to missing accessories and toolbox in the first delivery, with no response from the seller to send just the missing parts. In the second order, the installation process was frustrating — the technician did not show up initially, and when he finally came, key parts were incorrect and the door handle was the wrong size, requiring adjustments. Although the final product looks good, the repeated issues with missing and wrong parts made the whole experience unpleasant.

I got a defective piece with parts missing. Service person assigned by them only came and identified the same and told us that he will take care of the same. Nothing happened. It’s a complete loss - fraud
