This works great. The mechanism works like a drill press. I received instructions but they were very vague. However once I watched the video they provided here, I was able to utilize it for making bath bombs. The one downfall is that the handle doesn't lock; so, whenever you pull back the handle prior to placing the mold underneath, you have to make sure the press mechanism doesn't fall down on your hand.

OMG! I hesitated on this purchase due to previous feedback, but I am SO happy I bought it! I adjusted my recipe slightly (making it a bit wetter) before I even tried it out. First batch came out flawless! 3 perfect bath bombs - no mess, no waste! Super easy to use. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!

I've been making bath bombs for a little while now and have gotten to the point where I wanted to get a press to help me make them more efficiently. I found this press and thought it would perfect. The video they show on the product page made it look incredibly easy to make them, but that is not how my first few tries went. With the original recipe I had, I couldn't get the bath bombs to stay together. I could get the first side off, but when I tried to take the second side out of the press, it would crumble. I've never had a problem with getting the bath bombs to stay together when I pressed them by hand, so I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. When I went back to look at the product page video to see what I may be doing wrong, I noticed that their bath bomb mix in the video looked a lot more wet than my recipe. I eventually stumbled upon another recipe from a very popular bath and body group and opted to make their bath bar style bath bomb instead. This formula worked WAY better in this press than my recipe did. This recipe takes a lot longer to cure than my original one did, but they went in and out of the press without any issues. So now, I'm pretty happy with the press, but it took me completely reformulating how I make bath bombs in order to make it work. If you're using a recipe that more on the wet side, this should work out great for you. If you're using one that's more on the dry side, you'll want to pass on this.

My wife loves this. It compresses the ingredients with pressure and forms them into firm bath bombs. Great alternative to hand pressing which cant achieve the same amount of pressure this unit can.

Got this as a treat for myself to stop my hands from cramping up when making bath bombs. This has done nothing to help. I've tried using it several different ways and nothing really seems to work. What a waste of money, time and space 😢

I thought this would be helpmake bath bombs. But it is rubbish to hard to push as it dose not move. Waste of money
