The included soap dispenser attaches securely and puts out just the right amount of cleaning solution. In use, the microfiber brush head does an amazing job cutting through grime and water stains. Cleaning used to leave my windows streaky, but this brush lays down a perfectly even coat of solution. The squeegee then glides smoothly across to leave a crystal clear, spotless finish. Storing the pole sections in the included carrying bag keeps everything organized. Little touches like the pole threads being compatible with standard hose attachments show the thoughtful design. Overall, this kit has made washing even my tallest windows a breeze. The quality construction inspires confidence when working at heights. You know what it's like when you buy something that just works well? Im very impressed with this. Bought it to clean our solar panels on a 1 1/2 storey house (42 panels) which hadn't been cleaned in three years. They had accumulated grime and pollen and the panels output was down. This system assembled easily. The extension tubes work well, they are remarkably rigid given the distance they extend and pretty lightweight. I'm old and arthritic but I had no problems using the brush at full extension. The water spray system works well. The soap dispenser does its job. My wife was excited about the microcloth/squeege combo tool (that even comes with replacement squeeze blades) and the spiderweb tool! So, overall an excellent purchase.

I purchased this for cleaning vinyl siding along the north side of my home. This is a classic "problem area." No sun equals grime and forest effluvia. A pressure washer cannot effectively reach areas above 10 feet, unless you are standing on scaffolding. The IGADPole can. This alone will save you money on hiring professionals to pressure wash your home. You get good value for your money. The build quality appears to be excellent, as I had no issues assembling or working with the pole. With soap and water streaming through the pole at the maximum needed height, the grimy, hard to reach areas now look pristine. By swiping across the siding, the siding became clean. Easy enough. You'll need strong arms and upper body strength to effectively handle the pole, but nothing much above average. The only negative that I ran into pertains to the soap dispenser. This is a small cup-like device that attaches to both the garden hose and the pole. The problem was in controlling the amount of soap dispensed. It's not clear, looking at the "cup/dispenser" how to adjust for the amount of soap. The instructions say that the user can gradate the amount, but the dispenser itself lacks an indicator, apart from the "rinse" and "feed" dial positions. No specific levels are indicated, just single dots along the face of the dispenser. Trial and error are required - this is an oversight. Apart from this, all went well and now I have a solution for those hard to clean areas of my home.

I purchased the 34ft IGADPole Washing Kit to clean and reach the top of my standing seam metal roof. It gets the job done by delivering water directly to the brush for actual cleaning, not just rinsing. The water pressure is not very strong and there is a small leak at the brush head, but the flow is steady enough to be effective. The length is excellent for high areas, although it’s a bit awkward to maneuver when fully extended due to its size. The pole, locking mechanisms, and attachments feel sturdy and well made. The soap dispenser is a nice feature in theory, but it’s hard to tell whether it is dispensing anything. There is no visible indication or control that makes this clear during use. Customer service was a standout. My kit included an extra gooseneck extension that did not align correctly. I sent a photo of the issue, and the company quickly understood and sent a replacement part without any hassle. I did have to follow up once, since my initial message went to their spam folder, but once I heard back, they were very responsive and helpful. I also reached out with questions about swapping attachments and whether that might wear out the hose connections over time. They assured me it should not be a problem and even shared a helpful video showing the proper way to make the swaps. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the support behind it. If you need a long-reach cleaning tool that performs well and comes with great customer service, I would recommend this one.

Window Cleaning Kit (24 Feet) - Disappointing First Use I was eager to purchase this window cleaning kit, as I have very high windows that often get dirty. Normally, I have to hire a cleaning company, which is both inconvenient and expensive. I was thrilled to find this product, as it seemed like the perfect solution for cleaning my windows independently. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. Upon extending the pole and beginning to wash my windows, the pole broke during the first use. While I understand that wear and tear can happen over time, this was unexpected and extremely disappointing for a brand-new product. I had high hopes that this kit would make my life easier, but it failed to meet my expectations. While other users may have a different experience, mine was subpar. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience and will be looking for an alternative. It’s disheartening to invest in a product that doesn’t deliver on its promise, especially when it breaks so easily.

I give this brush a 3 1/2 stars. It has a great reach. I’m able to clean the panels, but the brush is constantly losing bristles. The soap container is very small so I’m constantly having to fill it. If you don’t have very many panels, you should be OK. The price was a little steep for what you’re getting, but I do like it and it does work for now.

Well made and quality product. This cleaning system must be assembled- but it is easy to do and the instructions are clear. I bought this to clean my siding on the house without having to climb and place a ladder. I was able to clean the entire house in about 4 hours (I'm 71) and the results were great. The rinse hose for the primary brush is great
