Good neoprene rubber
Appears to be decent quality neoprene. 1/16โ cuts easily and cleanly with razor knife and straight edge. Standard hand impact hole punch easily cuts clean holes. Product comes sealed inside a ziplock bag. Good gasket / weather seal material . Hard to beat for the price.

Good value, solid material for woodworking shop tool repair
Worked really well for my application. The dust skirt on a new-to-me miter saw was in rough shape, and I was able to trace the exact shape on this sheet, cut, punch holes, and install on the saw. Neoprene rubber is the right choice, more abrasion and tear-resistance, and this is not a high temp application. The 12x12 was a great value and I have leftover for other projects.
