I found the barrel of this didn't operate smoothly and it took longer to dispense the pill if I was to do it without hurting the cat. Also, although the dispensing end has a small bit, it's not strong enough to push the pill down. I ordered two different types, and thankfully the other one was much more efficient while also being kinder and gentler. Much better ones out there.

Really easy to use

I bought this to help me give my cat antibiotics over a long period. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't and things ended in an undignified tussle. In the end I found it easier to use the standard method of inserting pills by hand.

It a good concept but doesn’t really work. It doesn’t hold the pill long enough to get it into my cat’s mouth

Didn't really work, wasn't very strong. Went back to old system of hiding tablet in food for dog and checking she didn't spit it back out!
