I add this to my smoothies and I don't notice that it alters the flavor much. I've used maca to treat my hormones for years but recently learned that gelatinized is much better for digestion. I've been very pleased with this. The biggest benefit I immediately see when I use maca is my skin is much more clear. I also noticed that my pms/ moods are much more stable. This is great stuff and seems to be high quality.

So far so good. I use it in my smoothie. Love the packaging because i can reseal it.

Hard on my stomach.. prefer the solgar brand

I am not sure what is different, but the other brand of maca we tried was awesome. My husband was warm all winter for the first time in his life and had "other" very positive effects. This brand did nothing. He increased the dose...nothing. Gave it a few weeks...nothing. We will be trying something else. Thanks.

This maca powder is absolutely disgusting. It actually made me gag.

I've tried many brands. This is solid. I actually notice more energy, and more of what men use it for. It tastes awful... but any Maca that works tastes awful.

This stuff is gross and would not recommend purchasing. 🥴 I mixed it with everything you could think up and nothing would mask the taste. I’ll still to the tablet form from now on.
