How do you know which to go for based on weight?

I use XR3 with 3 bar spring (bit more spring than with 2 bar) especially for starter You would need to buy metal springs if over a specific weight but as it has been nearly 2 years I have had mine, contact the supplier ( info@kangoojumps.com) direct in case these have changed.
