Save Your Gallbladder Naturally and What to Do If You've Already Lost It [Cabot M.D., Sandra Dr., Jasinska N.D., Margaret] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Save Your Gallbladder Naturally and What to Do If You've Already Lost It Review: Get this book! - This book is really a more central discussion of diet and lifestyle than most others and it's simple easy and short. You might as well eat for your liver and gallbladder because if you do that you'll certainly be doing the right thing for your digestive system, leaky gut, et al. I can't rate this book highly enough. Actually I located this author the day I was told to have my gallbladder removed at an ER and I emailed her in Australia. She emailed me back the next day, surprisingly, and also directed me to her affiliate in the US who I was able to call and who gave me feedback and direction without charge. Dr. Cabot also sells a line of supplements and based on the simple clarity and honesty demonstrated in her book I am a believer. I did have gallbladder surgery but the book is now my bible on how to save my liver - something the medical establishment won't even mention. Review: Avoid unnecessary surgery - Very informative about how to save your Gallbladder and avoid unnecessary surgery

Scant but excellent information for post surgery patients.
I find her books valuable and her products are quite good. My only wish was that she had a larger chapter (or even a whole book) specifically for people who have had their gall bladder removed. That was the whole reason I bought the book, since it is in the title. I had my gall bladder removed with complications that resulted in also losing half of my liver. There is virtually no information for someone in my situation. So, I try to find information on both liver and gall bladder issues. Sandra Cabot has given me very helpful information with her other books, especially the fatty liver book. I just wanted MORE information for what to do post surgery. That said, what WAS there was extremely helpful! At last, I understood the symptoms I was having, such as chronic reflux acid. I followed her suggestion to try digestive enzymes with ox bile. It works wonderfully for me. So... yes.. the book was worth it for just 4 good pages that applied to me.

Must read!!!
I had digestive issues due to PID in 2016 that was misdiagnosed. I feared issues with other organs. I had bad doctors who told me just dont look at your frothy poop. No proper test where done to check my organs. I just found out I have a sluggish gallbladder that could have been impacted by the PID. If I had a diagnosis for my gallbladder I would have been taking better care of it. As a single mom on the go I have always working out and tried to eat my best. Now that I read this book I feel more confident in taking better care of myself. This and chatgbt have helped me more than my own doctors. Doctors don't care they just want to diagnosis give medicine or pull it out. I my poop is now normal just from taking magnesium, vitamin B3&K2. I feel adding more to my diet and enzymes will help me even more. Now that I know it my gallbladder I can do the proper research to help it. I highly recommend this book. Even if I get it removed I will have a game plan and know how to better my health.

Gallbladder cookbook
I was fascinated by the information until it kept repeating the same thing through out the entire book and there wasnโt many recipes and the ones they did have, werenโt that pleasing and so basic

Very good information
This book is well written. after reading it, I'm thinking I've had some liver and gallbladder issues for many years but they were either mild or I didn't connect what was going on to those organs. Either way the book is very informative and is helping me make some decisions as I have to visit a surgeon to consult about having my GB removed. I'm not partial to that just yet and want to see if dietary changes and habits can resolve my problem. I have followed quite a bit of advice from this book and so far things have improved and the author does state that it can take months and I'm fairly patient as long as I am moving in the right direction. I highly recommend this book to anyine who has had or is having GB and/or liver issues.

I recommend to all gallbladder patients. Read this book several times and practice. I bought this book for my 28 year old daughter who was blessed with a baby girl on 01/04/2016. She underwent a cesarean. On 30/04/2016, she had a gallbladder attack, I admitted her in a private hospital. On 3rd, she was discharged and on 4th she was again readmitted and stayed in the hospital till 10/04/16.This book was very informative and I followed the recipes. On 5/07/16 she took ultrasound scan. The stones in gall bladder became softened. The surgeon recommended for laproscopic surgery. but I am waiting for the gall stones to dissolve naturally, it may take another 5 months .I am thankful to Dr.Sandra Cabot MD

Great book, followed all the diet recommendations after a gallstone attack that left me in hospital. I Avoided the operation to remove gallstones. I had one additional attack that took me to hospital because the stone had shrunk so much the gall bladder thought it should go. . Best recommendations in book is the diet and additional supplements like cider vinegar. There are expensive herbs recommended but I could not afford these. I read in another book that Raddish is also ready good so I also eat loads of these, 200gms/day for 2 weeks. It took 5 months to go through the process, so it was not very quick and had quite a few days off work, but I have now been pain free for 6 months and no other symptoms.

This book is a gold mine. I did question a few things in this little book, like their onion in their juice, but I drank it anyway. I have about a dozen books on the subject to get through, but this one is so small and so essential and do packed with information (and repeated in the book several times, but I didn't mind.) When you're faced with gallbladder disease, you need help fast, in a few pages and this book does that. There is so much information in this book and it's well written and thoughtout I recommend this as a good starting place, start here, with this book. The authors know what they're talking about. You won't find it all or as easily in a few internet searches, and having it written out like it is in this book is invaluable.
