I love the Ugreen brand you will see the premium quality of each product. This one works perfectly, it will do its job, from ethernet, and extra USB ports to 2 dual screens perfectly. the only downside is when you use the PD power you will feel some heat in the unit but since it's made of aluminum "I think" the heat disperses equally in the unit avoiding overheating it, unlike other brands which are made of plastic only.

product is very good but the only reason i had to return it it has no audio 3.0 jack so the game audio was not being captured in the live stream.

Fantastic USB hub. Could do with a slight change the layout as one USB-C does power so would have been great to get two more instead of one. Still would give it 5 stars

The docking station stopped working on one particular day. All the ports stopped working except the charging port, which continued charging my laptop. It wouldn't transfer the display to my monitors at all, I just had a black screen. It didnt work no matter how many times I disconnected and reconnected all the cables. It only continued working normally the day after. Besides that particular day, it works fine for the most part. Just heats up a little too much, which may reduce the docking station's lifespan on the long run. But so far I've used it for almost 11months and its been working fine. I rated this product a 5 star rather than 4 star because one that day where it stopped working, I thought the docking station was gone for good and that I had to buy another one. I reacted by giving this product a 1star rating, the seller responded a day after offering me a full refund, which I appreciated very much. This gesture alone and the guarantee that your product will be refunded if it performs less than advertised by the seller made me give it a 5 star rating.

Works perfectly as mentioned and fits perfectly on any type of desk.

Both the HDMI Ports have connection issue. Sometimes working sometimes not

Second Ugreen purchase cos it works. Mainly needed this connect two hdmi monitors, usb c power source and ethernet connection.

J’utilise ce hub dans une configuration assez exigeante : – un PC gaming, – un MacBook Pro M1 pour le travail, – deux écrans (240 Hz en 2K et 160 Hz en 1080p), – clavier, pavé numérique, souris, enceintes, casque, micro XLR. Mon objectif : connecter mon MacBook avec un seul câble (charge + image + son + périphériques), sans perdre les performances du PC. Je me déplace souvent avec mon Mac, donc je voulais du plug & play propre et rapide. Après avoir cherché longtemps une station Thunderbolt capable de gérer deux écrans + la charge, je me suis rendu compte que la plupart sont soit hors de prix, soit incompatibles avec le M1. Ce hub UGREEN m’a littéralement sauvé le setup. Comment je l’utilise : Le hub est au centre du système : • il envoie l’image vers deux écrans (via HDMI), • il alimente le Mac en USB-C Power Delivery, • il reçoit le signal du KVM pour gérer clavier/souris/audio, • il fait transiter toutes les données sans aucune perte. De son côté : • le PC est branché en DisplayPort directement sur les écrans, • le KVM gère les périphériques, • et le hub sert de passerelle unique pour le Mac. Résultat : je bascule du PC au Mac en un seul clic, sans toucher au câblage. Le résultat concret : • Sur PC : je garde le 240 Hz en 2K sans aucun compromis. • Sur Mac : je récupère mes écrans, la charge et tous les périphériques via un unique USB-C. • Tout est stable, aucune latence, aucune perte de signal. • Le hub est robuste, ne chauffe pas et reste parfaitement fiable. Franchement, pour le prix, la qualité est au rendez-vous. ⚠️ À savoir pour les utilisateurs de MacBook M1 : Le M1 ne gère officiellement qu’un seul écran externe. Pour en utiliser deux, il faut prévoir un boîtier DisplayLink supplémentaire (ce que je n’ai pas encore installé). Avec un seul écran, tout fonctionne parfaitement. Conclusion : J’ai mis du temps à trouver une solution propre, fiable et abordable pour fusionner un PC gaming et un MacBook M1 sur le même poste. Ce hub UGREEN est devenu la pièce maîtresse de mon setup. Il simplifie tout, il est stable, et il permet un vrai gain de confort au quotidien. Si ça peut aider des gens qui comme moi vivent entre deux monde PC et Mac, je recommande vraiment. Et honnêtement même en hub simple je recommande car il fonctionne parfaitement même pour un emploi détourné 😁

Gestisce senza problemi il doppio monitor tramite le due porte HDMI (una fino a 8K 30 Hz e l’altra fino a 4K 60 Hz), offre una porta Ethernet Gigabit stabile, lettori SD/TF, più USB‑A e USB‑C e alimentazione pass‑through fino a 100 W, risultando ideale per notebook moderni come i MacBook M1/M2 che hanno poche porte integrate. Il collegamento è davvero plug & play: si collega un solo cavo al portatile e si ritrovano immediatamente disponibili monitor, rete cablata, periferiche e schede di memoria, senza configurazioni particolari.​ Dal punto di vista costruttivo il prodotto è solido ed elegante, con scocca in metallo, dimensioni compatte e finitura curata, adatta anche a una postazione di lavoro “seria”. Nell’uso quotidiano il funzionamento è stato molto affidabile: nessun problema di disconnessioni, rallentamenti evidenti o limiti fastidiosi sulle periferiche collegate, e la gestione della ricarica del portatile attraverso la porta PD è risultata coerente con quanto dichiarato.​ Nel complesso è una docking station che fa davvero ciò che promette: amplia in modo significativo la connettività, semplifica la scrivania e permette di sfruttare al meglio un portatile con un solo cavo, con un livello di qualità che giustifica il posizionamento leggermente superiore alla media.
