This may be because there just isn't room for one in the box as (for a change) everything else you may need is supplied. Being a self-confessed Geek, this wasn't a problem for me as I have one such cable in my collection.I bought the Ubittek after the usual long investigation, to go with a Bluetooth headset I bought for my wife. As noted elsewhere, using it connected to the headphone socket of the TV did have a lag but I have connected it directly to the 3.5mm. output on our Virgin V6 box and happily there are no sync issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent item *by J***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 March 2017* Have just begun using this item and already I really like it. It can transmit for at least 20 to 25 feet I have not tested its maximum yet but the sound is great and the transmitter stays connected via Bluetooth and uses different connectors for different purposes all included with this product. Using it to transmit digital Bluetooth optical signal from my new MacBook to my home theater receiver and it is excellent. The new MacBooks no longer have an optical digital output through the headphone jack so this product is perfect to replace that and it's wireless to boot!
