When seller make a mistake will be good to acknowledge it and do something about it. Quite upset.
Paid for2 pack of Seramis special substrate for cactus and succulent pPlants, 7 litres of granules. But received 6 small 2.5 L clay granules not good for my needs. The seramis special is good for aloe vera which with postage end up quite expensive which I was happy as my plants were happy. Canmot return all those kilo of clay granules as it too heavy.Email the seller not even an apology just ignore my message. Did bought several times before. After this experience will find another seller for my compost.
