I highly recommended this stand for strength, price, and safety features. The legs flare and pin add extra security as you raise the jack, 3 tons is a great weight limit. For strength it feels like 4.5 out of 5. On flat even ground this is very stable, not recommended on grass and be careful on asphalt use a piece of plywood 12x12 underneath. I used it on asphalt with out issues but your mileage will vary. If you have a large truck or suv go for the 6 ton.
