Failed 3 separate times.
I installed these on my 05 Hyundai Santa Fe.The first one I ordered failed withing 2 weeks, so I got the replacement one and it failed within the month. When the first one failed cylinder 1/4 failed and the second one cylinder 3/6 failed, so after the second failure I took cyl 3/6 from the first unit and put it on the second unit. It worked fine for another week then failed again. At this point I gave up and got one from my local parts store that had a lifetime warranty and that unit has worked perfectly ever since. I would not recommend buying this, maybe if one of them failed but both of them failed and then when I put the two together they failed a third time. Don't waste your money, the one I got at my local parts store was about 1.5x the cost of this one with a lifetime warranty.
