Strong and sturdy as rugged phones usually are. The screen will be very difficult to crack. Good camera, clear calls, touchscreen is tiny, but it's a compact phone. Great features. 2 annoying things about it, one I can live with, one I cannot believe: I can live with the fact that this phone does not have a 3.5mm, but I am old school I cannot believe they designed the speakers on the back to sit flat on a flat surface. What this means is that if you place the phone on a table face up, it mutes your speakers. You can't hear the phone ring or anything. What idiot thought of that?
