Honestly I was a little skeptical because of the price and it was one of a million options on Amazon, but he convinced me it was good--and now I'm a believer. It's basically a third of the cost of my previous SportsDog brand training collar but it's just as good if not a little better. The buttons on the remote and easier and more clear as well as the lights that are brighter. I really appreciate the charger being a next level charger--I was getting so tired of trying to plug in the SportsDog dongle, but this charger is a lot like plugging in an iPhone. If you like a black leather collar, this one comes with a good looking one; for me I'm so used to the nylon that I switched it out for the original and was glad to see how easy that is to do with adding new collars and such.
