Easy to put together, just attach the bottom leg pieces. Sturdy, good quality and the cushion is thick and supportive yet comfortable. Legs easily fold up for easy storage when needed. Would definitely recommend. The price was amazing for the quality.

This is absolutely a gym quality bench. It is very solid and stable with a dense foam pad. I was comparing this with another popular fold flat style bench and I'm glad I spent a little more for the Finer Form as it is clearly the better built product. It folds flat enough to fit under a typical clearance bed (just barely). Although it is technically portable, it's heavy enough that you wouldn't want to be moving it up and down stairs or too far. The assembly was very easy, just putting on the bases of the legs and all hardware and tools were included. Highly recommend!

I purchased this bench to up my home workout game. I live in a small apartment, so I was very conscious of space. I like that this bench is both foldable and just long enough when set-up to be useful without taking up any unnecessary space. It's just long enough to support me from butt to head when laying down (I'm 5' 10"). Set-up was extremely easy (it comes almost fully assembled). There were four extra screw assemblies than noted in the instructions, but it was pretty obvious where they go. The bench is well-built and sturdy while still being light enough to easily move around. I love how the bench meets the floor at four rubberized pads, which make for good stability while also protecting the floor surface. The bench top has thick, firm padding that's reasonably comfortable to lay on but also stiff enough that you can use the bench for step-ups or dips. The bench folds-up easily, but not TOO easily -- the screw releases give me good confidence that it won't collapse unexpectedly while in use. I'm pleased with the value for money. At the time of purchase, there were less expensive benches available that seemed to also fit my needs but did not yet have any reviews (and didn't offer free returns), so I opted to pay a bit more for less risk. For the extra $20-30 vs. those newer listings, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The good news: Received on time as ordered. Super nice packaging, almost like an "Apple" product. Assembly instructions are easy to read and follow. Easy to assemble. Easy to fold and put away. Sturdy. Comes with easy to follow "workout guide" poster. Reasonably priced. Very happy with it, but . . . The bad news: One corner of the bench pad covering separated on first day after the first use. (see photos) I am a 78 year old man and weigh 195.

Best folding bench ever added to a workout. Although the bench is kept open fulltime for daily use, the feature is priceless. The frame is solid. The padding and covering is of quality and provides outstanding support. At the young age of 66, padding is essential under added weights. Overall, adding this bench for other exercises is needed. The bench arrived in a large tall box with minor assembly of the legs. Moments after assembly it is ready for use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This bench is perfect for my needs. I had a space constraint so didn’t way the typical recliner gym bench that is too long. This bench comes in 2 variants. I took the foldable one because it is 45”. The other one is 41” and a bit too small. It was easy to assemble as you need only to put the feet together which takes just 5 minutes. It is well built, sturdy yet light enough to pick up with one hand and move around. This with my adjustable dumbbells gives the right compact setup instead of a full blown gym for my needs.

This was a great addition to our home gym. Very sturdy and i live that it is collapsible.

Je suis ravie de ce banc, la hauteur est parfaite (pour moi, 1m65) pour les fentes, le hip thrust etc etc Il est stable, confortable et il est très simple à plier. Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas réglable en hauteur. Sans ça, rien à lui reprocher.

Ich (76 Kilo) bin mega zufrieden mit der Bank, eine perfekte Ergänzung zu meiner wuchtigen Schrägbank, super stabil und insofern aus meiner Sicht auch für schwerere Personen und auch für große Gewichte geeignet. Achtung: Meine Bank ist absolut gerade, das Polster ausreichend gleichmäßig und jedenfalls nicht schief, siehe Bilder. Der Ball rollt an keiner Position weg. Hier scheint es also, liest man die anderen Rezensionen, starke Fertigungstoleranzen/Qualitätsunterschiede zu geben! Meine habe ich Mitte Januar 2022 gekauft. Die Bank kommt komplett fertig montiert, die Beine sind super schnell ein- und ausgeklappt mit einem dicken Bolzen einfach und sicher fixiert. Allerdings ist sie aufgrund der Stabilität nicht gerade schmal, bei mir steht die aber eh die allermeiste Zeit aufgebaut und bereit, die Klappfunktion ist allerdings super, wenn ich mal für andere Übungen mehr Platz brauche in meinem ca. 20qm Basement-Gym. Ich trainiere auf meiner Bank aktuell seit etwa 4 Wochen mit z.B. maximal 2x25k Gewicht (KH-Stemmen, oder auch 2x 22kg Fliegende) und merke keine Bewegung der Bank. Auch der in einer Rezension beschriebene Spalt wäre mir jetzt nicht aufgefallen, auch hier siehe Foto. Die Sitzfläche wirkt jederzeit stabil, auch z.B. bei Dips oder auch Einarmigen Rücken-Zügen (Single Arm Row) und ähnlichen Schrägbelastungen. Top und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, der Preis von 110€ absolut angemessen und insofern günstig. Danke!!!

Bought this mainly to do dumbell flies and presses. It's spot on for this. Fully assembled on arrival, it takes a minute to pull the legs out and tighten the bolts and the same to put the legs back for easy storage. If your after a basic flat bench then you can't go far wrong with this.

Très bonne qualité. Coussin très ferme. Par contre, sachez que j'ai acheté en 2021 au prix de 130$. 300% d'augmentation en 2026. C'est pas de l'inflation ça!
