Best thing I've found in a long time. I take one tab in a 20 oz container of water and add 1 packet of orange Emergen-C. It's tastes good and my calves no longer bother me at night. If you are waking up with what is similiar to charlie horse (pain in calves) I would highly recommend this, I take one every other day.

Mit den Brausetabletten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Habe sie bereits mehrfach bestellt. Der Amazon Karton war in Ordnung und die weiße Umverpackung / Karton war ebenfalls in Ordnung jedoch waren zwei Röhren beschädigt. Siehe Fotos….
